• Terrific free breakfast buffet, friendly staff, super clean, attractive lobby.
• Bedding was clean and comfortable but not luxurious.

“This hotel is better than basic, with thoughtfully renovated public areas, clean and attractive rooms, and a great free breakfast. Staff was efficient and friendly. Easy computer access in lobby was useful, and we enjoyed the free coffee in the lobby too. When we checked in they gave us a list of nearby restaurants and pizza delivery, very nice! The room was huge, with comfortable furniture and a wet bar that made using the coffee maker much easier than having it on the bathroom counter as in many places.”

• Breakfast was very good.
• The location is not desirable.

“Hotel is okay but not as good as the other two Ayres hotels I have stayed in. The rooms were not as nice and the outside appearance seemed to be a cheap motel style.”

• The staff were wonderful.

“The rooms were cleaned and freshened every day. The staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant. We are used to quiet (we live in a rural area) so they put us in a room in the back so we did not hear the noise from the 91 freeway. The location was close to where we needed to be.”

• Staff friendliness and helpfulness.
• Next to freeway.

“Our time there was awesome. It was more than we expected. The room was spacious and great. The beds were very comfortable. The service was excellent. The facilities were very clean and quiet. I liked the cookies and apples they had in the lobby, as well as the full breakfast each morning.”

• Nice room.
• Noisy room on courtyard side.

“The design has the walkways in front of main window. The courtyard side causes sound to come into the room from other guests. The rooms are nice but take ear plugs.”

• Freeway noise when outside, quiet in rooms.

• Very nice smaller hotel chain with very attractive rooms.
• Excellent breakfast buffet closes too early. Should be 10 AM.

“This is a very nice suburban motel with large comfortable rooms, nice public spaces and an excellent hot breakfast buffet which closes fairly early at 9 AM.”

• The studio suite and the unique lodge feel.
• The employees were a bit too casual.

“This is a very nice hotel, part of a small southern California chain. It has the decor of an upscale rural lodge. The staff was nice enough upon check-in, but seemed a little bit too casual and unprofessional. From the outside, the hotel looks like a typical motor lodge, with the outdoor corridors, but looks are deceiving. The room and the public spaces were nicely appointed. I was given a King Studio Suite, and it was very nicely decorated and immaculately cleans. I would definitely like to stay at an Ayres property again.”

• The bed was hard to sleep in. I think it was too soft and so were the pillows.

• Dirty carpeting in rooms, no guide button on TV remote control

“Really nice. Very comfortable. Quiet. Helpfull and curteous staff. Great breakfast! Safe & Clean other than the carpeting.”

• Big Room, nice furnishings.
• No smoking rooms available, no elevators outside corridors

“I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. My room was big, with a real desk, a real full-sized leather sofa, and a nice "poofy" bed - every bit as nice as any hotel I've ever stayed at. An excellent value”

• Beautiful lobby
• The room decor was plain.

“This was a nice hotel. Service was excellent. The lobby decor was beautiful. The room was remarkably quiet, considering the location by a freeway. The room was rather plain in comparison to other Ayres hotels.”

• Great breakfast buffet and location to airports
• I would have to make something up, it was great all around

“This location serves the need for business travelers. Clean rooms, refrig and mircro in room. Great breakfast selections. Great location to all area airports. Within 20 minutes of many shopping opportunities of new outdoor mall. Staff tries to meet your creature comforts by getting you a room early if you are arriving in the morning from the east coast. Hotel Manager knows what customer service means from the customer perspective.”
