• The athletic facilities are excellent.
• The parking rate of $11.75 a day is excessive.

“The Ontario Marriott offers excellent customer service; the front desk personnel are very friendly and helpful as are the cleaning and maintenance personnel. The athletic facilities (pool, weight room, and tennis and basketball courts) are among the best in the area. My only complaint is the $11.75 parking fee. It is excessive.”

• Front desk staff and van driver was amazing! Friendly, helpful & genuine. Beds are fantastic. Best one ever slept on including my own!
• Seemed a little older. More motel than hotel.

“Hotel was great. Its best assets by far are the employees. Check-in and check-out was fabulous. They were efficient, helpful and just plain nice. (So refreshing!) The next best thing is the bed. Whatever kind of bed that was. I want one! I have never slept better.”

• The air did not work slept in straight heat all night.
• The air condition really bad.

“The hotel was nice. The noise was whatever right next to Ontario airport but the air in my room had it at 60 degrees and still slept with no blankets.”

• Beautiful, comfortable room. Very clean, no smoking or cleaning supply odors.
• Parking at the hotel was an extra $11.00, my only complaint.

• Beautifully decorated, clean, friendly.
• Nothing.

• Had a very nice bar.
• The prices were quite high for a couple of drinks.

“They charge u $11 for parking. In view of the price of the hotel, etc. I think that the parking should be provided for free. I was not alerted when I booked the room that there would be a parking charge. I asked them to not charge me for the parking because I was not aware of it when booking, but to no avail.”

• The beds and bedding was comfortable.
• Beds too small, room layout was unusual, sink area too small, paying to park.

• The personnel-pool.
• Hate paying for parking and internet.

“Hotel was nice and clean, the front desk personnel excellent. The room was a very long ways away from the elevator but the room was comfortable enough. Nice place but not up to par of other 3 star hotels I've stayed at.”

• The rooms were spacious and the amenities were a cut above.
• Would have liked free wireless in the rooms.

• The staff was great, plenty of exercise equipment, huge room with lots of linens.
• Charge 11.75 for parking per day. Only hotel around that charged.

“The hotel itself was clean, easy to get to room, staff got me a room near pool and a patio no extra charge, lots of things to do swimming, tennis, racquetball, basketball, and more. The room was a king size bed plenty of room to move around lots of pillows and even had a cot moved in which was like a twin bed already made up. The shampoos and soaps were from bath and body. Nice glass shower, air worked well, cute patio overlooking pool and courtyard. Charge way too much for parking 11.75 a day that was the only negative. Lots of fast food restaurants near by if you do not choose to dine in. Breakfast buffet was also pricy could look at being adjusted. Overall good experience.”

• Truly enjoy the warm & cozy feel.
• Repeat problem with keys. Had to check out & in again for an extended night. Not the 1st time this has happened.
