• They were not helpful, not courteous or friendly in accommodating us.
• Our whole experience was horrendous, will not stay there again.

“We were relocated to another hotel.
I was traveling with husband and 2 small children. Other hotel did not offer 2 beds, so
I slept on a sofa chair.
I was truly upset.”

• Marriott beds and bedding were wonderful. Bath and Body toiletries were nice.
• So noisy with trains and airplanes going by all night. Bathrooms were old. Room stunk of cigarettes.

“As far as Marriotts go, I was so disappointed in this hotel. At first I thought I was getting a great deal to be 'upgraded' to a 3.5 star Marriott. I didn't know that it was located at the end of the airport runway and that train tracks run alongside and behind the hotel. We checked in late so we immediately got ready for bed. The room stunk of cigarette smoke.”

• Very comfortable beds. It felt like

• Nothing is complimentary, you must pay for everything!

• Nice bedding/mattress.

• Easy freeway access.
• Long hallways almost jail-like. Recent make-over to the hotel but still had run-down feel.

“It was okay. Didn't like that I had to pay for parking. Room was clean, but felt like I was staying at a dump that had just recently had a make-over. I might stay there again, but would consider other hotels in the area first. The staff was very friendly.”

• The room were my favorite part of stay, great beds!
• Our room was a VERY long walk to get to.

• It was a beautiful atmosphere in lobby.
• The air conditioner, parking, and the sink.

“The AC in the room was more like a fan so I had the windows open so the room did not feel muggy while the air was on. Also, the sink was not in the restroom, it was in the hallway. Very impressionable! The worst was that you have to pay for parking and that even $11.25. We were not impressed!”

• Great staff. Rooms were great and clean.
• It is close to airport so you do hear Jet noise. Get room on other side of hotel.

“This hotel was great. Staff was very helpful. Room service was quick to respond. Nice rooms with plenty of space. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. For the star rating in my opinion this is a great bargain.”

• Comfortable beds and a nice place to stay.
• The carpets and decor aren't as modern as you'd like.

• The bed was very beautiful and comfortable.
• It didn't have complementary breakfast.

“The hotel was clean and the room was lovely and felt inviting. The staff was fantastic, when I arrived I heard a baby crying in the next room and she promptly and gladly changed my room to another floor. Overall it was great and I would return for sure.”

• The hotel has a on site laundry facility.
• Rooms keys had to be re-keyed several times and trains run directly behind hotel, all hours.

“This hotel was mediocre for a 3 star. Amenities on property were okay but pricey. Parking is additional. Not good if you need sleep and are placed in the back area of hotel because train tracks are directly adjacent and run continuously during the day and night. Helpful front desk staff, but housekeeping needs a refresher course.”

• I enjoy the cookies at night.
• A few feet away from frequently used railroad tracks.

“This hotel would be 10x better for anyone if it was not next to a railroad tracks that is frequently trafficked by the railroads (UP). Throughout the day, evening, night, and morning guest constantly hear the blare of the horn for the railroad. Sleep is very limited for light sleepers like myself.”

• There are not enough elevators! I wonder about the fire hazard with so few exits.

“There was a real problem with the exit procedures in this hotel. Our room was at one end and the elevators were clear down the hall. There weren't stairs that could be used from the parking lot to access rooms either. I question the exit procedure in case of emergency.”

• Very quiet, good location, comfortable beds, and great pool.
• Parking is almost $12/night.

“I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the rooms were comfortable and they even provided Bath and Body Works products, which was nice. The pool was fantastic, a great place to relax, have fun, or get some exercise. The rooms were quiet even though we were right by a train tracks and the airport. I wasn't too happy about paying for parking, but we got a good enough deal that it was okay.”

• Filthy inoperable jacuzzi, expensive non-inclusive OK breakfast, and $10 daily parking fee though we never used the airport.

“Nice modern rooms, decent location, friendly staff yet we were least satisfied with this hotel of all the nine different hotels on our cross-country road trip. Parking fees, expensive mediocre continental breakfast, and expensive Internet charges, plus dirty non-working jacuzzi is what we remember most.”

• Overall good customer service and easy checkin/checkout.
• Employees were loudly speaking Spanish in the hallway.

“Despite the fact that this hotel is directly across from the airport and train station, I found my stay to be peaceful and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and I had a nice view. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well, but my tray sat outside in the hallway for more than 1/2 day before it was picked up. There is an additional daily parking fee of $11.75 that I was unaware of, so that bumped up the price of my stay by $23.50. A male employee started to speak loudly in Spanish to his co-worker when I walked by, which was offputting. But the staff people I dealt with at the front desk and on the phone were very professional and accommodating. I'm looking forward to staying here again.”

“For some reason the bed was not that comfortable. I would stay there again. I have stayed there in other occasions. The price was way under for the Marriot property. I would recommend this hotel.”
