• It was close to the freeway.
• I was in the very back of the hotel and I didn't feel secure.

• The location was great, right off the freeway near shops.
• Hotel cleanliness was questionable, bedding and showerer noticeable stained.

“Great location, plenty of hotels, shopping, dinning and night life. But hotel needs to improve on cleanliness. Also there was too much security for this hotel that was supposed to be 3 and 1/2 stars. More than enough security roaming the parking lot made me feel uneasy rather than safe. Made me think what has happened here before that requires all this security.”

• Not much.

“Not much good to say. I called the Hotel Accounting Office the following morning about $50 over charges; left the message on the answering machine. The charges were recalled.”

“even thou we had balcany we could not use it because it was right outside parking lot. also there were mold in the bath room and there was a train noise outside.”

• Feature run movies.
• Hardwire internet was iHOP.

“Everything about the hotel was great, but the internet (hardwired), was iHOP. Spoke to customer service person, off site, that read from a script. I could have done that. Had engineer come to room, he gave a stupid look and mumbled call the internet service. In the bay area, we have IT personnel on site to deal with such issues. It is 2009, get an in house IT person.”

• The pool facilities (size) (quality) was nice.
• There was an altercation where police had to get involved, made the trip uncomfortable and not feeling very safe for the quality of people involved.

“The hotel was fine, however the room sizes were very small, and the location that was given to us was not a safe location in that the the screen door was facing the parking lot (easy access). The pool size and quality was nice however, it seemed that there was not monitoring of the area.”

• They gave me a delicious warm cookie and I actually liked that!
• There was a wedding and parking lot got really packed.

“This hotel was awesome. Our room was very clean and comfortable and very easy to locate right off the freeway. The view was nice. I will most likely stay at this hotel again.”

• Front desk staff.

“This hotel has three seperate buildings. You had to hike in to the pool and the parking is terrible. Front desk staff treated us poorly. The manager also didn't care about our concerns in the back building. This property doesn't meet the expectations of a Doubletree hotel.”

“Its a nice/clean place to stay, but like I said paying for parking your car and having to pay for a continental breakfast kind a steep you know what I mean. Why can't all these little extras be posted?”

“This hotel charged for parking which was $9.75 per day. They also charge you for a bottle of water and paper each day unless you tell them not too.”

• For the price of the room, charging $8 daily for parking is a turn-off.

• Parking fees and
  ddining room too loud.

“Very nice comfortable rooms. Parking fees are too high, $10.00/ per hight other hotels in the area does not charge a parking fee that I have stayed at. Dining Room is open to a common hall and walk way where people congregate, way too loud.”
