• Clean.
• No amenities, not even a snack machine.

“Clean room, but very basic, and not within walking distance of ANYTHING. No pool, no public areas, not even a snack machine available. But it felt clean and safe, which are the most important factors of any budget hotel.”

• The beds were very comfortable.
• The continental breakfast was only a Danish, fruit bar, juice and coffee.

• They answered all my questions and requests with a smile!
• Beds a little to firm.

“I was there with my wife and two kids ( 2 years and 6 months) the first night and my mother-in-law, brother-in-law joined us with 4 more children (4,7,13,13) the second night. The staff was very nice and helpful. We were hit by a small storm Saturday night with heavy winds. Our kids were scared because a door that goes above the rooms, maintenance I assume, was rattling. They offered to nail it down for us. I passed but was impressed how far they were willing to go for us. From our window (3rd floor) we had a great view of the city leading to the beach. We were very happy with the view and their friendly staff. I would just recommend bringing extra blankets, theirs are a little rough. Plenty of pillows their, 4 per bed.”

• Clean and conveniently located. Everything we needed!
• Next to a major road and some sports fields.

“All the reviews I read warned that the hotel was next to a loud road. I live in Queens and my girlfriend lives in the East Village: it was perfectly quiet to us! (The windows are more than sufficient to keep the little noise there is out.) In fact, I noticed more noise from the sports fields in the neighboring park than from the road. Otherwise, the room was clean; there were no frills, but everything we needed; and the location was perfect for where we were going.”

• It was close to the job.
• No air circulation, had to go pick up and return the iron and board.

“I would not stay here for leisure, ever! On a high traffic road so too noisy to open the window. No air circulation.”
