• Every member of the staff was awesome, friendly, attentive.
• Nothing.

“Great room, wonderful reception (beer/wine, nachos, salad/soup, warm fresh baked cookies), awesome staff. Complimentary breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The web pics of the place are outdated, newly remodeled since next door is their new luxury spa facility and I guess they wanted the two to be similar decor. We would always go back here if in the area!”

• The hot breakfast was great. I miss it now that I'm home.
• There is free wireless Internet in the lobby, but for room service there is a charge.

“Beautiful hotel. Highly recommended. This is the type of place I can only stay at. A very comfortable room with small fridge, microwave, and sink. Marble floors in the bathroom area, granite counter tops. My wife took a double take and then pressed me for how much I spent. She was very pleased to find out what we got it for.”

• Did everything possible to accommodate us.
• Some hotel staff were very snooty.

“Not in a great location, very isolated from the highway, but it was beautiful and they did everything possible to accommodate us. We had a wonderful experience and loved the hotel. It was also great.”

• Great suites. Classy and clean.
• Pool, spa, exercise room could have been better.

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The suites were great. They had full breakfasts which was really nice. It was more of a business hotel than a vacation hotel. Our stay was great.”

• It is nice, clean and quite.
• No restaurant for dinner.

• Felt I was driving to my home. Great people and warm friendly environment.
• Nothing.

“Location was secluded, yet close enough to the business sector. Great staff, warm and friendly. Service was top and the room was very attractive and clean. Will definitely visit again and again.”

• Great rooms, pool, breakfast!
• No manager reception on weekends.

“The room was beautiful - the bed was very comfortable. Pool and hot tub very nice. Managers reception with beer, wine, snacks was a nice treat, maybe extend it to weekends.”

• The view was beautiful and the staff were very nice

“The hotel sits on a hill overlooking the city. The rooms are nice and spacious. The breakfast buffett was clean, full and nice to have. The weekday treats were always a pleasure.”

• The area was safe.
• The location was to far from the beach.

“The hotel was fine. It is a good location for business trips, but we were interested in the beach and Laguna. For us the location was not desirable and the hotel was hot.”

• It was a suite, I would say 3-4 star, not 2 and 1/2 as described. It was a good location within 10 miles of where we wanted to be.
• There was nothing we didn't like, it was perfect.

“I am a travel agent and have stayed in luxury hotels all over the world. Ayers Suites was a 4 star as far as I am concerned. Excellent service, friendly staff, hot breakfast, very good maid service, everything clean and new. The handicap room we requested for my husband in a wheelchair was no problem to get and parking was convenient to our room, except Saturday night when there was a wedding going on. The room was large with leather sofa and coffee table plus table and chairs and a desk, computer hookup, coffee maker, microwave, bar sink and refrigerator. The bathroom had good brand ammenities and soaps, plus thick towels. It was a great place to spend our weekend. ”

• The staff was wonderful
• When I was swimming in the pool a mouse jumped on my back from the shrubbery - Yuck!

“This hotel was beautiful. It was centrally located for easy access on/off the highways. Staff was more than cordial, supplied us with many computer printouts of area attractions. Breakfast and evening cocktail hours were a very nice touch. Would definitely stay here again. Loved it!”

• Upscale decor,fine service, excellent breakfast buffet
• location at very edge of town/ required tolls for our itin.

“The hotel is lovely- very European old-style decor. Pool is nice and staff friendly. If you like pasta, there are amny dining options in the evening right on site and the breakfast buffet is free. The location is WAY out at the western edge of Mission Viejo and near major roadways, but some require tolls, so carry quarters or you'll incur a fine! I would stay here again if I was traveling through the area, but the location was too awkward for our plans to visit family in Laguna Niguel.”

• They had a hot buffet breakfast every morning that was excellent.
• They were under construction at the time, but getting close to finishing.

“The hotel staff was courteous. The rooms were very nice, and the breakfast topped it all off. I would highly recommend staying at this Suite.”
