“This place was a horrible experience. It was dirty nasty and old. The workers were rude. The worst of it all, however, was the dirty nasty room. The blanket felt like sand paper. It was awful. The bathroom door knob was green, like it had been under the ocean for 100 years. The place stunk horribly. I can't even come close to describing the disgust of this place.”

“Convenient location off 405 and Bake. Hotel is older, but clean with friendly staff. As a small business owner watching costs, this is the kind of hotel I like to find. Small Chinese restaurant attached isn't fancy, but has good food at reasonable prices and very generous portions. I will stay here again next time in the area.”

“This was inferior quality for the price. Upon check-in, 1st room was on 1st floor across from Chinese Restaurant. Room smelled like old Chinese food and cigarettes. Very dark and drab. After room change to 2nd fl. Rode slow elevator, room had old take-out boxes of food in microwave and fridge from previous guests. Room smelled old, dank, (could still smell Chinese food from 1st floor) found some old molded bread near desk, only one ashtray, room needed to be vacuumed badly! Do not try and call "Front Desk" anticipate at least 3-5 minutes of no-response, then slowly fade into the "Phantom Zone" before system disconnects you. Oh, if you put out "Do not disturb/quite please" do not expect your room to be freshly cleaned until you check-out! Do not get sick here, you could be dead in your room and no one would come for days! Not recommend. Disappointed for Orange County. Would love a total refund! Who do I call?”

“The hotel is in a nice location for getting to our golf course and had really nice restaurant nearby. It is close to stores and plenty of malls.”

“This hotel was so bad. I checked out right after I checked in. I could not believe what I dump for my money. There are 5 Star hotels cheaper than this. Do yourself a favor stay far away from here.”
