“1- We ate at Pete's Saturday night. I had a sandwich with hard dry bread and when I told the waitress, she told me it was suppose to be like that. Never in all my experience have I had worse food and even worse service. Needless to say I went over and got a sandwich from Jack in the Box. 2- The AC did not cool the room at all and when we called down to the desk to find out if something could be done there were no solutions. My fiancee went and purchased a fan to help cool us down. 3- There was only one set of towels in the room between 2 adults and 2 children. 4- The remote on the TV didn't work. 5- The vent fan in the bathroom didn't work. 6- The toilet didn't flush properly and even with only tap in it you had to flush several times to get it to go down.7- The roll away bed that I had requested was falling apart and when my daughter sat on it she dropped through the bed. 8- And this is the worst part, when I went to inform the desk of all the problems we had had on this trip with Winners Hotel and Casino, the lady just said oh and walked away. I have never stayed in a place with so many unhappy, uncaring people.”
