• Everything seem to be clean, the pool was clean.
• I had two rooms and the room that I stayed in had a funny smell.

“I was somewhat disappointed. I try to get connecting rooms or as close together as possible, because the kids stay in the other. When I spoke on the phone he said it should not be a problem, that they could accommodate either request, also told him we would be arriving late. When we arrived at the hotel we did not get connecting rooms or close together, the kids were two doors down. Our room smelled funny every time you would open the door, the kids room was like a sauna. The breakfast was a buffet style, but nothing great.”

“I traveled with one younger child. Great rooms. Nice decor. A small but efficient breakfast area, and close to freeways. I would come back here in a heartbeat.”

• The microwave and fridge in the room & free breakfast. Great for young families.
• Walls were too thin. We heard our neighbors all night long.

“Wonderful hotel, very clean, family friendly, and would stay there again. After one night at a different hotel my brother and his family switched to this one. Big rooms with a fridge & microwave and free breakfast right in the hotel are a must have with young children. Heated pool and spa were a plus. Only one compliant. The walls were too thin. On the 3rd night of our stay someone checked in next door, they talked loud into the night and we heard everything. Even the toilet flush and their phone ring. The front desk was great and tried to handle it but the neighbors really didn't care that we had our 11 week old baby with us and it was past midnight.”

• Charged for incidentals without being told up front; add'l cable channels would be good.

• The room was large and they had a free breakfast.
• Decor, fitness room, smell.

“This hotel was decorated with a very Victorian feel. It had a very creepy feel to it. Also there were strange smells in the hallway like nail polish remover or vinegar. The room smelled like it had been used as a smoking lounge for several years even though it is now a non-smoking room. The fitness room was very small without air conditioning and had one step machine and one treadmill that didn't seem to work properly. The pool hours were 10am to 10pm so I was unable to use the pool. The free breakfast was ok. There was a wide selection of foods available but the quality of the food has been better in other hotels that provide a free breakfast from my experience. I would not stay in this hotel again.”

• It was clean, nice, and friendly. We highly recommend it. It is a very good hotel, it is better then a 5 Star Hotel.

• Warm colors in throughout hotel.
• Majority the floor/hall paintings were little girls.

“Overall, it was a pleasant stay, although the paintings of the little girls throughout the hotel added a spooky feeling while walking down the hall way floors.”

• The rooms were very well kept and decorated nicely; the buffet in the morning was definitely worth getting up for!
• The evening happy hour could have been presented better.

“We stayed for a total of 7 nights and it was totally worth it! Ive stayed at resorts and upscale 4 star hotels before and for the price this hotel is an excellent choice. It is a very nice upgrade beyond just your standard hotel. We had our 2 month old son with us and it was perfect for a baby. A bar sink, fridge, and microwave in each room was a great thing to have especially with a little one. I will go back!”
