“Since I am allergic to mildew, I had to clean the shower, tub myself after I found mildew on the soap holder. I was tired and didn't want to move to another room, which I wasn't sure was better.”

“The lobby is just a small room and sometimes not manned as the receptionist may be out on an errand.”

“I've been staying in different hotels in US, and this may be one of the worst experience with this one. Just to name a few: They charge additional $10 for a room with 2 beds. There was no shower curtain and shampoo/conditioner, another surprises and there were 2 big trash bins filled with trashes just outside of my door. Although they were not smelly, I felt like I was sleeping next to the trash. The only good things about this hotel may be the location is close to freeway and big shopping center, and the parking is free. It does have a kitchen if you want to cook.”

“Overall, it was OK. Missing amenities and I would not walk with out shoes on the carpet. It was filthy!”

“This is your typical extended stay type hotel. It caters to people looking to stay at a facility for a period of time, without amenities.”

“Excellent location, close to 2 interstates, fast food restaurants, gas station, shopping center. In a quiet office park. Full kitchen.”

“This hotel was in a prime location right across from Downtown Disney. In regards to amenities and accommodations the hotel was disappointing. The rooms were not thoroughly cleaned, evident from the smell. The overall appearance is lowly and aged. There is transportation offered, but you can expect to wait for quite a while for the exact bus you need to get to the park you are planning to visit. Once you do catch the correct bus you will find yourself hopping from one resort to another, just to be dropped off in the middle of a parking lot. I would suggest walking across the way to catch the Dowtown Disney Buses. These buses do stop at another resort, but the frequency of buses offering transportation from these resorts to your park makes the short walk to Downtown Disney well worth it. Good luck and have a great vacation (probably not at this hotel).”

“The hotel is a place for extended stay. It is well maintained and the staff was very friendly. A mall with Starbucks and Restaurants is a 2-minute-walk away, convenient during the day, but was everything already closed down, when I arrived at 8.30 pm.

“The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable and with the food in kitchenette area with a full size fridge; we were able to cook some meals and save some money. We found the location to be great, right next to a pristine shopping center and by several restaurants. We also experienced very little traffic problems around the area.

“It was relatively clean and quiet. The carpets needed shampooing. The AC unit dripped and the carpet was wet around it. My late check in was protracted because I was first sent to an occupied room. The price was very reasonable for the accommodations though. The location was fine for my needs. There was no traffic noise or loud guests. The remote did not work. But, all in all it was a great buy.

“I was pleasantly surprised at the size and cleanliness of the room. I’ve stayed at different Homestead Suites before, but this one was pretty nice. Wood flooring in the kitchen and bathroom (which was huge), full fridge, 2 stove electric burner. The front desk clerk was very helpful, and knowledgeable of the area.

“Refrigerator didn't work but barely. The replacement one after advising the front desk came in very dirty as if it was sitting somewhere in storage. We ended up cleaning it ourselves. The bath tub had mold/fungus around the edges. The outside and most everything else was great.”

“Internet service did not work and when reported I was told there was nothing he could do about it but call in the morning. Fat Mexican was attending the desk that evening. He was very uncooperative and stared me down at one point. The next day it still did not work. I was not able to perform after work responsibilities. (daily status, etc) for my job for two days, not to mention retrieve travel itineraries for myself and a work partner. The guy working handled the himself appropriately. The laundry is located in, I think, a very inconvenient, dangerous location. Carpets extremely filthy. I'm not handicapped but was put in a handicap room that is smaller than a regular room and in my opinion more difficult to navigate. You had to be on the correct side of the refrigerator to even have access to it. A person with disabilities would be absolutely miserable. I was traveling with a business partner and we had two rooms there. They accepted his stay extension but did not accept mine.”

“The hotel was fairly clean. Service was not up to par. Rooms are only cleaned once a week unless an extra fee is paid. When we asked for clean sheets or bed linens we were always told that they were washing- never enough to cover all of the rooms. The air conditioner leaked all over our suitcases the first day. The fully furnished kitchen had only 3 plates, bowels, cups and silverware with two small pans and a spatula. The kitchen could have much better appointed. On the plus side it was located next to a Starbucks and a small strip mall that had a nice outdoor seating area that was very comfortable. The hotel was quiet.”

“The hotel was relatively clean, but only offered room service once a week. The kitchen facility was decent, but had electric stoves. Overall a decent place to stay.”
