• Handicap accessible; walk in shower.
• I called ahead for handicap room - not on reservation when I arrived.

“The room was clean and comfortable, although a bit small for a handicap room - I had an electric cart to take in & recharge - very limited space for it. Otherwise, everything was great.”

• The manger has a bad attitude most of the time.

“I came to this hotel with my son 15 yrs old son, because he attends Northwood High School. To make a long story short this hotel has been very un user friendly!”

• I liked that I could leave it sooner rather than later.
• The non-smoking room had been smoked in. No van service to airport.

“Checked in at 23:00, nobody at front desk and had to call to get someone there. Reservation was for a queen/non-smoking room, and that's what I was checked into. It reeked of cigarette smoke. Also no shuttle service to/from local major airport had to pay $40 round trip to get to/from hotel.”

• Convenient, clean, and private.
• The staff was cheesy and creepy - but that's easy to deal with.

“Like all Homestead inns, the room comes with a mini fridge, a bed, a desk, and bathroom. The room is clean and comfortable and I like the privacy you have there. The only inconvenience was that the bathroom didn't have a hairdryer that I could use. The staff, while friendly, was too chatty and cheesy; made a couple of jokes that I didn't appreciate after a long day of travel. But some people like have light banter while checking in.”

• The appearance of the room was upbeat not drab like some.
• The refrigerator door did not close properly

“This hotel is close to shopping and business centers with convenient access to public transportation. The rooms are a bit small but adequate. The hotel staff is friendly and responsive. Having kitchen appliances available provides flexibility, especially for a long stay.”
