• The beds were very comfortable.
• The customer service desk was rude and unhelpful.

“The hotel was very nice except for the rude girl that checked us in. She was very stuck up and not very helpful at all.”

• Convenient parking, clean, close to city events, friendly staff.
• Would have liked to have a complimentary breakfast.

“Lovely all around in friendliness, great staff, clean, convenient parking, even a small snack/convenience store in the lobby for guests! However those staying should have access to luggage carts without having to get a busboy to help.”

• I like that all the rooms there are suites, it gives you a lot more space.
• Would prefer 2 bathroom sinks, it definitely had enough counter space for it.

“Great place to stay. Rooms are big, plus plenty of sitting area. Loved that the room had a microwave and fridge. Would stay there again!”

• The beds were the most comfortable my wife and I have ever experienced.
• Could not get a simple intuitive TV listing through the TV.

“My wife, 7 year old son and I were very pleased with our stay. We only stayed 1 night because we were going to stay the rest of our trip with family. Had I known how clean, comfortable and close to our airport this hotel was, I would've planned it for both our arrival and departure.”

• I loved how our room was a suite! The baby was able to sleep in the room while I watched TV in the living room.
• The walls are thin! I heard everything and everyone going down the hallways, and it was one busy hallway!

“I enjoyed my stay and liked the hotel overall. I also appreciated the people working at the front desk, so friendly! Lastly, I liked my lunch I ordered through room service. The only thing I really disliked was how noisy it was in the hallways! The walls are thin!”

“Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable public spaces and room. Although a short distance from Interstate Highway, benefit was quite location, which was good. However, hotel re-assigned too was good, had friendly, helpful staff and was very clean and comfortable.”

“The room was large and well set up. The overall appearance rivals many much more expensive hotels. The lobby is comfortable and restaurants very good. Will definitely use again.”

• The suite was well-appointed and spacious.
• There was no vent fan in the shower area.

“I was in town to settle my daughter into her first year at college. The LA county fair was under way, so parking was a little tight, but the location and the amenities were top-notch. Although we had spent a hard morning in the high desert and were not looking our best, the lobby staff was courteous and welcoming, which was nice considering how I looked. They were also quick to shift us from a single-king suite to a double-bed suite.”

• It has spacious room, good price, and located very close to the LA Fairplex.
• The breakfast is not included. The bed in the suite room is barely enough for two people on one bed.

“We were four people staying in one room and had to compete in a tournament the next day. The hotel is the official tournament hotel and located within 2 minutes walking distance from the tournament venue so it was very convenient. It is clean, and for the most part quiet. The staff is friendly. I would come back again.”

“This is truly a nicer hotel for either business trip or family travel to stay. The front desk's staff is the best. I almost lost my bag from shopping at local, they are so aggressive to help me out to find it. I will come back for my next trip on coming Nov.”

• Rooms and hall ways could be cleaner.

“This is an excellent facility with well appointed rooms, nice pool and spa areas. The dining room had a lovely patio area just off the main body of the restaurant and although the hotel gives the flavor of a 4 star establishment, it carries very reasonable prices for the food and beverage service. The bar area is very comfortable for a hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area as this establishment sets the standard for all within a 20 mile radius.”
