• On the beach.
• Dirty, broken-down, needs serious renovation and management who cares.

“Great location, on a nice beach and near shops, restaurants, and a trolley stop. Interior is horrible - dirty, broken down, disgusting. Would be OK if it was bargain priced, but it isn't. Spend your money elsewhere!”

• The hotel is located right on the beach with a beautiful view from the upper deck.
• The hotel is old and outdated. The rooms need new carpet and remodel.

“The night staff was very friendly and helpful upon check-in. I felt I was being called a liar. Otherwise, the location and views were amazing.”

• Great check-in guy, very helpful with directions & restaurants.

“Had to switch rooms, put me on the highway side. The 2nd room had a low ceiling, TV didn't work, phone has so much static u couldn't use it. Says it had a in room bar, I didn't see anything in the micro-frig. Drunks were yelling at each other outside my room at 2AM. The continental breakfast didn't begin 'till 8AM, long AFTER I checked out. I want my $$$ back!”

• Beach front on the sand, picturesque, walk to downtown.
• No comment.

“Great venue, very nice facilities, on the sand, walk to downtown, walk to excellent restaurants. Great value for the cost. We will do this one again!”
