“My husband had to fix the faucet when it fell off the wall into the bathtub while I was running the water! The wash cloth I used had holes in it. The carpet made our socks really dirty on the bottoms. Pool is not heated. The dryer broke twice in the laundry room while we were there and we were not compensated for our money lost. The breakfast hour is over at 9 AM. I saw many people while I was in the fitness room, go to the lobby for breakfast, only to find there was none because all had been taken away at 9AM. Most motels offer breakfast until at least 10 AM. I had grounds in my coffee cup every morning from their coffee machine in the lobby. I used the fitness room every day that we were there and the machines were never wiped down ever. You need a separate key card for the fitness room and I had to go to the office every day to have it rekeyed. Their magnetic key locks need to be worked on. They did offer a lot of TV channels.”

“My cousin and his wife reserved and paid for our room in person a month and 1 week in advance it was for a pool side 1st floor room, The night we got there (after a 7 hour flight) they had cancel our reservations and put us in a hwy side room 2nd floor. (And with my husbands bad back and knees it was not a good thing,) they said there had been a mistake in the charges for the room. But they never gave us a call or my cousin to see if we wanted to upgrade. And the worst part is my cousin went there earlier that day before we got there and they told them yes our pool side room was ready. Needless to say after a long day it was even a longer night the room was very noisy! And they were very rude when we got there not even willing to work with us. We wanted to leave but since the room had been pd for with a credit card. And we didnt give a 48 hr notice there would still be the charge on the card well they didnt give us a 48 hr notice that they had cancel our reservations. So to me thats not good business. I would not stay there again i would rather sleep on the street (it wouldn't be any less noisy).”

“This hotel was clean and sufficient. The free internet and breakfast were something we were looking for and greatly appreciated. The staff was friendly. I would recommend this hotel to any business traveler. A family staying here would love the size of the rooms and it was fairly comfortable.”

“This is the worst hotel/motel I have ever dealt with and I have been to many for softball tournaments. If you like thieves (Employees/Owners) then this is the place to stay. I called two days prior to my reservation date to cancel. More then enough time for cancellation. I called early morning and was told that she would call me back to cancel because she was very busy. However, 45 minutes later there was no call. I took it upon myself to call her back because I wanted this cancellation taken care of so I could move on with my day. The second time I called she said it was taken care of so I thought it was. I asked for a confirmation number and she said I didn't need one. It was your reservation number. Red flag! You shouldn't have to ask the name of the person youre talking to. Ridiculous! To my surprise, two charges on my card totaling $200.00 showed up. I called them to ask them why and these charges shouldn't be there. They pretty much give you the run around and it takes days to talk to someone. To this day, they will not credit my account. I have never seen such poor customer service and such a rude people. Don't stay here, if you would like to keep your money.”

“The hotel was very beautiful and appealing to the eye. It was located in a convenient location with gas stations and market near by. The front desk was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. On our first morning after getting up, we encountered a maid that was less than nice, but the next morning we just put the do not disturb sign and all was great.”

“The buildings need to be painted or improved, look old and not well maintained. Pool and grounds in that area was dirty not well cleaned. The individual room I stayed was clean and sufficient and staff was friendly / helpful.”

“Overall it was fine, met our expectations, however the AC not working properly ruined the trip. It was way too warm, making almost impossible to get any sleep. The water, even the cold water was unusually warm.”

“My stay went pretty well at the hotel. The rooms are kept clean enough and the area is very good. Supermarkets and food supplies are very close by. The only problem I had was with the head of the staff who seems like a very deceiving type of person to me. Also another problem was the pool seems to be hardly cleaned at all. I left a towel on purpose by the pool in the beginning of my stay and there it remained for the duration of my stay, which was five days. Don't go swimming, I tried once and developed hives. Other then that everything was nice. Look for Gary, a very good person, that works there.”
