• The full size fridge and kitchenette with coffee maker. Access to public transportation, Metro link, bus, and freeway.
• The entry doors don't stay open when entering or exiting with arms or cart full of luggage they knock stuff over or off when going through.

“May it be business, or personal the rooms are equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Full size fridge, with kitchenette, toaster, coffee maker, silverware and set of dishes, on site laundry facility 24-7, wireless internet, private answering machine, ironing board with iron, queen or king size beds. Walking distance to Metro link and bus stops. Five minutes from mall and freeways.”

• Cheap and clean, loved the kitchen.
• It's back behind office buildings, so it was in a unexpected place, to me.

“I thought it shouldn't be a 1 star hotel. I was there with my young daughter and I felt safe. I liked that there was a fridge there so I could keep milk in it for the mornings. I was impressed.”

• The hall carpet needs to be cleaned, The room had an odor and needed an air freshener.

• I liked the staff, they were very nice, unlike the Anaheim hills hotel were they are rude and unprofessional.
• It's a little far from were I would like to be.

• The hotel cleanliness was POOR as sheets were bad and curtain was torn.

• The flowers outside of the entrance.
• The staff was lackadaisical and uncaring did not try to be helpful when needed.

“First, I was told there was a water shortage that morning or some excuse why the maids hadn't cleaned any available rooms. Secondly I was refused 3 additional bags of coffee that I requested and said they were only obligated to give me one! Then I asked for 2 pillows and waited 3 hours before someone gave me only 1 pillow! The next day, I wanted a new blanket and was told they didnt have any! So they made me wash my own blanket instead!”

• Always the staff and the security and cleanliness.
• Sorry, can't think of anything!

“This hotel is accommodating not only for the leisure but for the business traveler. The location in a business and shopping area provides plenty to do and the staff provides the service so one may never leave their room and still be comfortable. It feels like home away from home.”

• Asked for a king, or two bed room refused to help me.

“I have stayed at four hotels so far in the past two months, if I ask for 7 coffees for 7 days, they give me two only and tell me to come get more every few days! If I am booked for 14 days, I want 14 coffees, dish soaps.”

• Strong smell left from cleaning liquids, no business office.

• Room has a kitchen.
• The room was dirty upon arrival. Had to request another room. Blood stains on sheets, Trash on the carpet, A bar of soap and wrapper left in bathroom.

“A disappointing stay. Unlike what I have experienced at many other extended stay America properties around the country. Front desk clear was nice but slow and dressed in a wrinkled t-shirt.”
