• Very friendly, very convenient location, no traffic in town but very quite location.
• Rate of the hotel extremely reasonable, but expect to pay extra for parking and intenet.

• Not one disgusting smell - actually smelt lovely everywhere!
• Only one staff person at the front desk after 10 pm; she was a little overwhelmed, so check-in was slightly slow.

“The hotel was on the way up to Magic Mountain. Parking overnight cost $15. The parking lot was a tight squeeze too. Check-in required a credit card; a debit card would require a $20 test. The hotel itself was lovely inside & out; I believe it has gone through a remodel lately. It smelt not only clean but almost floral, even in the hallways. There was marble, pillars, travertine & carpet; huge individual waiting area. The soaps/lotions smelt of wild ginger. Our room was very clean with extra pillows on the bed. The only odd thing was that the shower drained slowly. The next morning we made it to Magic Mountain within 1 1/2 hours, after eating breakfast at a nearby Cocos. This hotel is not too far from Disneyland, it's only a few exits down.”

• Beautiful lobby and restaurants - great curb appeal.
• Requested silverware to my room - took 45 minutes to bring - disappointing.

“My experience was great. The only complaint I would have is the rooms aren't as nice as you see online. Also, we requested silverware to be brought up to our room. It took 45 minutes and 4 different phone calls to make this small request happen. Finally, the manager called and apologized and gave us free breakfast as a courtesy so we were very grateful. Other than that, very good customer service!”

• Great location for business trips.
• Need to upgrade fixtures had leaking faucet on mine.

• Clean and neat and
  we had a beautiful view and
  staff was very nice and helpful.
• Not enough electric outlets in the room, we have laptops and cell phones so we had to unplug lamps.

“This hotel is very stylish and contemporary. The restaurant 6park grill is one of our favorite places, whether we stay at the Hyatt or not. Great spa toiletries.”

• When we informed the hotel that we didn't not realize there would be a charge for parking they quickly provided us with free parking.

“Of all the places that I have stayed, the Irvine Hyatt has by far been the best. The customer service was fantastic and the hotel exceeded my expectations.”

• Cleanliness, friendly, welcoming, relaxing. Absolute perfection.
• Maybe the parking. With functions in the ballrooms maybe parking could be designated for Hotel guests only.

“The hotel was beautiful. Our room was more than spacious for the two of us. Even with a roll-away we had plenty of room. The entire staff was so friendly and accomodating. We thoroughtly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back and will recommend to others to stay at this hotel.Thank you for a wonderful trip.”

• I was attending a wedding in Huntington Beach and the location was close to the airport.
• Parking fees and parking availability. I walked to at least 2 blocks from car to hotel after paying $15.00 a day to park there. I was angry about that.

“Hyatt hotel was nice for my husband and I. We like the room but not the parking situation. Events were planned for outside guests not staying at the hotel, i.e., weddings and such. We had to hunt for a parking spot at least 2 blocks away from hotel. No parking any night and we walked to our car after paying $15.00 a night for 3 days. I felt parking should be more accessible to hotel guests.”

• I liked that the beach was less than 20 minutes away. Good gym.
• Parking fee, local phone call fee, smell of room, small rooms.

“This hotel 4 star rating is absurd! I stayed at a 3 star in Anderson, CA that was better in every category. This hotel will nickel and dime you for everything. Self parking $15. Local phone calls $2.95. Drinks at hotel restaurant $10. Will never stay at another Hyatt again.”
