“This facility is under renovation. Apparently this gives the staff the permission to be substandard in their performance. It is small, parking is inconvenient. I left after an hour and went to La Quinta.”

“This is a great hotel to stay at if you are flying out of John Wayne Airport. It's clean, quiet and the staff is very friendly. They provide a shuttle from the hotel to the airport, so it couldn't have been more convenient. In this day of very rarely getting something for nothing, I was very happy to find out that they were going to allow us to keep our car in their garage during our 5 day trip for no charge!”

“Courtyard by Marriott is a fine example of a non-luxury, with everything you really need hotel. The check-in staff was friendly and full of suggestions - even brought directions to a suggested evening spot to my room! We had a view of the pool and the bunny rabbits were perfect for just before Easter, although I'll bet they are there year round. Would definitely recommend highly!”

“This is a fine hotel and is up the to standards of Marriott Courtyards. They should, however, have a breakfast included or not so expensive. The cost of $9.95 is a little steep.”

“ It is maintained beautifully. The bathroom we had was good-sized, unlike many hotel bathrooms I've experiencedI know that down-filled pillows are supposed to be the mark of fine hotels. But many people besides myself are allergic and asthmatic. I had to suffer a reaction before I discovered that the pillows were down-filled. I had to search the room for the offending object. I then called the desk clerk who said that the hotel has only a FEW foam-filled pillows but he sent a houseman right away to help me. I think the pillow situation should be handled differently in the hotel. They should provide foam-filled ones in the room but have a note on the nightstand offering down-filled ones upon requestt. Or, they should have the down-filled ones on the beds but with a note on the nightstand announcing that foam-filled ones are available upon request, in which case the hotel should have a good supply of the foam-filled ones in storage in case a number of people request them at once.”

“Except for what I consider inadequate restaurant facilities, it is an excellent hotel, with very easy access off the 1-405 highway. Now that I know where restaurants are nearby, I would definitely stay there again.”
