“ This is a very nice hotel. However, the room is a studio room not a normal guest suite. Also it only has double beds, not queen or king-size beds. Both my wife and I are tall, so we had to upgrade the room (costs an additional 25%) in order to be able to sleep. ”

• Clean, safe, attractive, great complimentary breakfast buffet.
• Nothing.

“Affordable, clean attractive hotel. Many ammenities. Beautiful Irvine location. Walking distance to fine dining and services. Easy freeway access. Staff was friendly and helpful at every turn.”

• The overall look and feel was great - plus they had one of the best Happy Hours I have been to
• On our second day, the hotel was overfull with kids running around everywhere - way too crowded.

“It was a wonderful hotel, and Friday was more than perfect. On Saturday it seemed the hotel filled with unsupervised kids, running around and screaming everywhere, which really took away from our enjoyment. Happy hour was impossible, as the line was way too long coupled with the screaming kids - we went to El Torito instead. On Sunday, the continental breakfast was even worse than the night before, with all 3 elevators filled with unsupervised kids taking multiple plates of food up to their room - you could not even move in the breakfast area. Again, we turned around and left and ate elsewhere. It was really too bad because the hotel itself was so nice.”

• My room was tucked away and did not have a courtyard view.

• Very quiet for sleeping.
• $15 parking.

• Very nice. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very nice suites.
• Getting to the parking garage and steps (hard to roll luggage on) to get there.

• Fifteen dollars per day for parking.

“Hotel clean, good location. Front desk staff less than friendly almost non friendly, very aloof as if guests were a bother to their busy life style. Parking was quite expensive for guest parking at $15.00 per day/night.”

• Breakfast and happy hour were on the house which was a little bit convenient.
• Housekeeping was not good our room was always dirty, the towels were all yellow and old, the staff had an attitude 95% of the time.

“This hotel is only and only a business hotel, there is no outside pool but the indoor pool is ok as well. The housekeeping staff in this hotel don't know what the they are doing not cleaning like they should. The hotel towels were all dirty and old with some noticeable spots all over them. The staff was not hospitable unfriendly to the guests at the start of our stay to the end. Also not enough drawer space in the rooms and no safe. Didn't like it don't recommend it!”

• The bedroom was nicely set up and really helped me to relax and enjoy my weekend.
• The cost of parking was $15.

“It was everything that I expected and more. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Everything that I was looking for to enjoy a nice, relaxing weekend.”

“Good accommodations. Very crowded at breakfast not enough staff. Had to bus own table to eat breakfast 2 out of 3 mornings. Work out room equipment was very dirty.”

“Very nice atrium type hotel. Rooms are perfect for business traveler--could easily hold interviews/small meetings in room. Looks nice. Comfortable, spacious. Attractive bar/restaurant on site. Close-by everything, near airport. Will definitely go back.”

• Good breakfast, clean, nice atrium, friendly staff.
• Bed too small, shower did not work, room was tiny, too many kids there.

“We stayed in a room that was not a suite and it was very, very small. Also, it had only one double bed. Why even make a room that small, and with only a double bed? Plus, I guess this is where all the jr. high and high school kids stay for their competitions so there were hundreds of teens running around a being annoying. Also, the shower head was loose so you had to hold the shower hose the whole time instead of putting it up so you could stand under it. Also $15 parking! Stay here only if you can get a suite and it is cheap.”
