• Nothing.
• Unfriendly and un accommodating.

“The staff was rude and treated us like we were some outsiders low class people. A bad experience with the food and was told they would take care of it, they did not it was still on my bill. When we called before arrival they said they had balconies to smoke on, that was a lie, the door would only open 4 inches. they lied about the law said it was the law, however other hotels in the area had balconies. Will never return to this hotel.”

• Location, lobby, service.
• They don't have minibar in room, poor light in restroom for make up.

“I liked the hotel, good location and friendly service. Renewed lobby and nice rooms. I would add a minibar in the room and enhance or add some make up light in restroom. Nice hotel overall.”

• It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.
• Parking and Internet connection was priced too high.

“Very quiet and comfortable. I was able to get all of the work done I had hoped and slept well. Close to freeway and choices in dining. I would stay there again!”

• Their business center charged $0.50 per minute for internet access.

“This was exactly what we needed for our visit and early flight out of Orange County.”

• Clean and friendly.
• The breakfast buffet.

“The guy running the omelet station was in over his head. He fell so far behind that he asked people to go sit down for 5 minutes then come back and pick up the omelet. When I came back my eggs were already gone. The worst part was when I asked where my breakfast was, he argued with me about my order. Send him back to McDonald's!”

• The room was very nice and clean.
• Unexpected parking fee of $15. Noise from bar.

“This was a short stay. I checked in late after attending a wedding and had to leave early in the morning to catch a plane. I was on the 6th floor, but could hear people talking in the Courtyard and smelled cigarette smoke. After getting up and checking I found the sliding glass door was not closed. I could not close it until I lifted the door back on its track. The hotel charged a $15 fee for parking an I was billed $13 for a 3 minute long distance phone call. Other than that the room and hotel was very nice.”

• Fantastically comfortable beds, great warm pool.
• Paying for parking and internet use.

“Everything you'd expect in terms of quality and comfort from a Hilton, but parking fees are insane in a suburban location like this, and likewise, internet for $9.95 a day is excessive - come on guys, throw in something for free.”

“I would recommend this to any business/leisure traveler that is looking for a spacious, clean room conveniently located to the John Wayne Airport. The employees have excellent attitudes and are anxious to serve.”

• It was a good location with a variety of eating establishments nearby.
• We were placed in a room near a group of High School Dance Competition student's rooms and they were quite noisy at night!.

“The hotel was nice but the additional parking fee ($13 per night) was high.”

• The vibe of the hotel was trendy but professional.
• The outside parking was not the greatest.

• Convenient location, turn-down service, responsive to requests.
• Fee for parking, no onsite laundry facility.

“Great for the business traveler, not so much for families. Conveniently located near John Wayne Airport. About 15 miles from Disneyland. Watch for hidden fees: parking onsite costs $13.00/day for self parking, and a roller bed is $15.00/day.”

• I loved the beds. The pool looked nice (too cold). Staff was friendly.
• $13.00 a day for parking and there was hardly any parking.

“I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was busy-some sort of convention. The pool/hot tub were nice, but it was to cold to swim. The coffee--excellent. The staff was friendly. I was across the street from the airport and barely heard a plane. I would stay here again-except no validating for parking and the parking is in their hotel.”

• Sliding glass door would not open; no mini store in lobby.

“Comfortable, clean, basic business room with fresh sheets and pillows. Needs a mini store in the lobby area. Expect airport noise. No fridge in room. Nice safety handrail in shower, but should have a no skid mat for the tub/shower.”

“Nice hotel with okay beds. Not as comfortable as a heavenly bed but not as bad as the days inn. Nice touches with the coffee machine though 5 dollars for a bottle of water is outrageous! Would've been nice to have the TV on a swivel so one could watch news from the desk while working.”

• Having to pay an extra $13.00 per day just to park even while a guest at the hotel.

“This is a nice 3 star hotel. Bed is very comfortable, although smaller than normal double bed. Hotel is clean, location is good. The only thing we didn't like is the parking charges.”
