• I did not like the $18 it cost to park my car.

• Friendly staffs, quiet and clean.
• $18/day to park is ridiculous for an area that is not so busy.

“The hotel is quite nice for the price I got. However, it costs $18/day for parking. This is ridiculous consider the hotel is not located in a centralize location. So when you factor in the parking fee, the saving is not that significant.”

• Location close to business park water features, felt upscale.

“Walked to South Coast Plaza and had breakfast at a cute cafe, and the surroundings were pleasant, and we would absolutely go there - a great value!”

• Your new pillow topped mattress was delightful.
• I did not know I had to pay for the garage. Especially when the hotel was not full.

“The hotel is beautiful and the staff was friendly. I traveled with older kids and they were able to enjoy the pool and gym. Many types of restaurants were chose by.”

• Very comfortable beds.
• Housekeeping service
  was
  not the best.

“The hotel is beautiful, parking is too expensive however I believe all the hotels in the area charge. I was disappointed with the housekeeping service. We needed 1 extra towel and waited almost an hour (and 3 phone calls) and also they did not remove the garbage from our room the first day. The rooms are beautifully decorated, beds are very comfortable and the AC works well!”

• The "China Rain" air freshener. The front desk folks. The room.

“I enjoyed my stay. I ate in the hotel restaurant for dinner and had room service for breakfast. I was very satisfied in the quality and quantity of food for my money.”

• The room had a great view and was generally very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
• I don't like having to pay for parking.

“It was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The front desk staff was very friendly and courteous. The cleaning staff was thorough but did not annoy us by knocking on the door early in the day. The location and view was perfect for this trip.”

• Great bed, very comfortable.
• Though pool area was lovely the actual pool could have been cleaner.

“Very friendly atmosphere, extremely comfortable bed. The grounds were lovely and they had beautiful music playing poolside. Clean and well appointed. Would recommend this facility to my friends. Loved it! It had everything.”

• Real close to the airport and to the freeway.
• Walk from the garage to the hotel is not covered.

“Nice hotel. Located close to the freeway but not right on top of it. Close to the airport but didn't hear any plane noise. Personal balconies was a nice touch & the kitchen had everything you'd need to keep yourself fed; minus the food! Exiting the garage, you have to remember to take your room key with you upon checkout so that you can get out of the garage.”

• They had apples at the front desk and pillow top I love it.
• I had to keep asking more face towels with a party of four, eventually I had to go and get it myself from the house keeper.
