• Employee very friendly, dining experience excellent, hotel setup very inviting.
• One of the elevators was having trouble, we would push level 3 and end up on level 6 without the door opening.

“The staff promptly responded to all our needs. Bringing extra pillows, a fan and a roll away. We were all very pleased with the hotel, restaurant, and staff. Thank-you for making our stay a great one.”

• It was very clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
• The swimming pool had lots of floaties in it. Mostly leaves and plant stuff.

“The hotel was very clean and attractive. The beds were comfortable and the carpet was soft. I would love to stay there again.”

• It was jsut soo very conveinent, very clean, very comfortable!
• Not the hotel's fsult, b ut construction at CSU campus woke me up!

“Great place to stay, pool and fitness room looked very inviting. The restaurant smelled great!! The beds were very comfy! It was located right close to the freeway and easy to get to all the local attractions!”

• The bed was
  comfortable.

“The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, accommodating and surprisingly, it is close to the freeway, but the rooms remain very quiet. It is a great place to stay and still have a peaceful nights sleep.”

• The receptionists were very kind and the the clientel was pleasent.
• Due to the small size of the room, the over powering heater gave me a horrible dry throat in the morning.

“The room was perfect, everything was clean and exceeded my expectations. Its location is perfect in close proximity with the freeway and the noise of the freeway did not penetrate the walls of the hotel. One of the most comfortable stays I have ever experienced outside my own home.”

• Front desk staff is great, room was perfect, pool area was beautiful!
• Someone stole the self-valet the next morning.

“Where do you want me to start? Everything exceeded our expectations, and this is difficult to do with my red-headed wife! Front desk, room, pool area and restaurant all great. We'd love to stay there again when we visit our friends in Fullerton.”

• Clean, attentive, professional.
• Too far from attractions.

“They accommodated me in every way. Put a fridge, microwave and cot in room at no additional cost. No good restaurants nearby. I enjoyed the daily fruit water in lobby (?), very, clean, good service staff. But too far and pool too small!”

• Friendliness of staff, location - three blocks from daughter and grandkids.
• Very pleased.

• The staff was the friendly.
• I loved everything about it.

“This hotel was beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly - went above and beyond. The room was wonderful. The restaurant was great - tons of food for a great price. Extremely friendly staff throughout the hotel - everyone that worked there went out of their way to make you feel very welcome. Extremely impressed!”

• Excellent front desk reception, amber parking, comfortable room and conveniently located.
• Service/maintenance personnel should not rush ahead of hotel guest to get to the elevator.

“Overall this is a very nice hotel. The front desk has the proper customer handling approach and should be set as an example for the other areas like restaurant, room cleaning etc. Perhaps a short personal welcoming note plus a small fruit tray would make new guest feel the personal touch on arrival.”
