• Front desk staff is great, room was perfect, pool area was beautiful!
• Someone stole the self-valet the next morning.

“Where do you want me to start? Everything exceeded our expectations, and this is difficult to do with my red-headed wife! Front desk, room, pool area and restaurant all great. We'd love to stay there again when we visit our friends in Fullerton.”

• Clean, attentive, professional.
• Too far from attractions.

“They accommodated me in every way. Put a fridge, microwave and cot in room at no additional cost. No good restaurants nearby. I enjoyed the daily fruit water in lobby (?), very, clean, good service staff. But too far and pool too small!”

• Friendliness of staff, location - three blocks from daughter and grandkids.
• Very pleased.

• The staff was the friendly.
• I loved everything about it.

“This hotel was beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly - went above and beyond. The room was wonderful. The restaurant was great - tons of food for a great price. Extremely friendly staff throughout the hotel - everyone that worked there went out of their way to make you feel very welcome. Extremely impressed!”

• Excellent front desk reception, amber parking, comfortable room and conveniently located.
• Service/maintenance personnel should not rush ahead of hotel guest to get to the elevator.

“Overall this is a very nice hotel. The front desk has the proper customer handling approach and should be set as an example for the other areas like restaurant, room cleaning etc. Perhaps a short personal welcoming note plus a small fruit tray would make new guest feel the personal touch on arrival.”

• Free wi fi was a pleasant surprise!
• Blocked off access to hotel from parking lot after midnight.

“The Marriott was pleasant, clean and fulfilled our needs. Our only complaint was with the restaurant we wanted to have dinner on Saturday night with our infant daughter and needed a high chair. All 3 high chairs were being used by an event in one of the ballrooms, so none were available for us so we had to go elsewhere. It was an inconvenience that I was not pleased with.”

• Everything you need under one roof good food and the staff was great.
• All was good.

“The staff made us feels at home small enough that they remembered us the next day. My daughter got sick and they offered us help and checked on us and the food and service was fabulous.”

• Cleanliness, and comfortable beds, pillows etc.
• No refrigerator.

“The hotel was very nice. It was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful in finding information for our trip and making sure our room was acceptable. They even gave us a call as soon as we arrived to see if everything was o.k. in our room. Very enjoyable experience.”

• Hotel Location and water with fruit flavors was very unique and welcome stop every day.
• Did not like some the use of internet in the lobby only. Internet should be provided free of charge in the rooms too.

“Staff was very friendly and helpful and enjoyed our stay of 11 days at the hotel. We would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family.”

• Friendly staff, fruit at the front desk for all.
• The bathroom door closed automatically and did not stay open.

“Friendly staff. Fruit at the front desk was a nice treat. Convenient on and off freeway for a conference. Conference area of hotel was nice. They even put citrus fruit in the water at the conference.”

• Location was easy, room was quite nice.
• Room was rather small, construction next door.

“The hotel itself was quite nice and located right off the freeway. It was not noisy like some hotels we have stayed in. The room was quite nice as well, although a little small. The staff was both nice and efficient. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

• Close to eating places, freeways, in walking distance, and to university.
• Irish pub across street lots of noise on Friday and weekends with music that is loud enough to hear if I decided to sit outside to get fresh air.
