• I felt safe in this hotel. The hotel was clean and the service friendly. The restaurant food was delicious.

• Our hotel room was spacious and very nice.

“This hotel was awesome. It was clean and very nice. We stayed in three separate 4 star hotels on this trip to Los Angeles. This was by far the best hotel we stayed in. The room was large. The bathroom was large. It was clean and well-decorated. We were very impressed. Hilton did it again. (The Starbucks in the lobby served me the best cup of coffee that I have had in a long time.)”

• The room was huge!
• The parking was $20.

“This is a beautiful hotel with very large rooms. The only problem with the hotel is that the parking is $20, and the structure was almost full when I arrived at 9 PM. The parking structure is also dimly lit, which was not ideal considering the fact that it was just my mother and I who were staying at the hotel.”

• Clean room, comfortable bed, nice lobby.
• TV signal was poor, $20 parking suprise was bad, not a 4 star, 3 to 3.5 max.

• Left a phone Charger. Called 3 hrs later NO HELP.

• Like the hotel. Stayed there many times.
• The cost of wine in the bar outrageous. No menus to tell the cost either.

“Love the hotel and location for visiting our daughter at UC Irvine. We have stayed many times but this time shocked by the rise in prices for wine in the bar. No menus so you had no idea what anything cost. Two glasses of wine each $52.00 for a wine you can get at the grocery for $10.00. My husband purchased water and received coke. He took them to the lobby and was told they would credit us for one night parking. The bill came and there was no credit. The Internet charges are out of line with other hotels and we spent $18.90 for each of us to use a different computer. We will probably choose another hotel next time we visit in August for those reasons.”
