• Staff was kind and greeted us at every entry.
• They charged for wireless and parking.

“This Hilton was a nice set up for a small since rooms are all suites. I wouldn't have stayed here because of the additional costs for parking and wireless.”

• The room was very comfortable and the location was very convenient.
• When I arrived I noticed there was no toilet paper or tissue. It took 3 phone calls and about 90 minutes to get it.

• The room was very large.
• Poor water pressure in shower, restaurant very overpriced for quality of breakfast.

“The room was a good size suite and had very nice linens. The separate shower and tub in the bathroom was a nice touch too.”

• The room was large and beautiful, beds were very comfortable.
• Prices in the restaurant were outrageous.

“This hotel was beautiful and located very close to all the Anaheim amenities. The parking is not free, $11/day so we chose to Valet for $14/day. Very convenient. The rooms were quiet, nicely appointed, more than comfortable.”

• They now charge $11 a night to park to pay the salaries of valet attendants.

• The rooms and the pools.
• The television went on by itself at 2:00 am.

“This is a wonderful hotel for a Disneyland or beach trip. The rooms are spacious with fridge and microwave to cut down on expenses. It is a very clean facility that is pretty up to date.”

• Huge rooms, suite amenities, large space!
• Utilitarian, boring, apart from the main attraction; Disney.

“Small, simple purpose hotel, utilitarian and quiet, large suite-style rooms are very comfortable, and accommodate large groups or families, amazingly comfortable beds. Wow.”

• Spacious room, close to Disney, friendly staff.
• Hidden parking charge, cigarette like odor when I enter the room.

“Pros: Hotel room was spacious, hotel was kid friendly, very close to Disney land. Cons: No complimentary breakfast, extra charge for parking, accidental charge for not watching movie-on-demand.”

• Very friendly staff! The hotel was aesthetically pleasing and the ART pick up was just outside the lobby doors.
• It was far from Disneyland.

“We were in town to participate in the Disney 1/2 Marathon Weekend. We were very pleased with this hotel. The front desk staff was extremely friendly. We arrived at the hotel around 11:00 am and were allowed to check in immediately! We had a spacious corner double suite with a view of the Disneyland fireworks. When we checked in, we noticed that it was Martini Thursday. Bonus! The Lemon Drop Martini was fabulous! The beds and pillows were comfortable and the ART front door pickup was icing on the cake!”

• The quality and service.
• The indoor pool facility has tile that is extremely slippery and dangerous even with slippers or shoes on. I made front desk aware.

“My overall experience was very nice, I only had one problem and that was when I took my girls to swim, the indoor pool area has tile throughout and is very slippery and dangerous, I had slippers on and walking very careful and still I almost slipped. That would be the only thing I have to comment bad about, however from the service to amenities and quality and food all was great!”

• The atrium area was beautiful and interesting.
• Having to pay for parking.
