• Staff was horrible, dirty room, broken ironing board, AC soaked our clothes with water.

“I would never recommend this hotel. I was very disappointed in the hotel accommodations and service.”

• Restaurant food and service were excellent.
• Having to wait for the shuttle.

“Shuttle schedule provided stated 1 shuttle every 20 minutes, this was not true and there was 1 shuttle every 30 minutes which took a long loop that added another 20 minutes to the ride.”

• Fairly clean, dining on premises, and easy transit to Disneyland.
• We were booked for a smoking room and when we asked to switch they had nothing.

“Clean hotel in good condition with free parking and an on sight restaurant. Transit in front to get to nearby attractions. Also the hotel has a fitness center and pool.”

“The room was very large and extremely comfortable. The king size bed was wonderfully comfortable. My husband and I slept great. We truly enjoyed our Holiday Inn hotel room in Anaheim. We appreciated the free Internet service. The staff were very helpful, the hotel is very comfortable. I would very gladly return here.”

“Although I requested non-smoking room well in advanced, when I arrived, they said there are no non-smoking room available. I told them I am traveling with kids, but they are not willing to listen. Bad experience!”

“I was checking in early Monday morning around 2:00 am, and by noon they did not clean the rooms at all. I was staying for three nights, and wait for me to request for rooms to be cleaned.”

• Smoking room only available even when requested otherwise. Front desk very rude.

“The entire 4th floor smelled of smoke. Didn't take requests into consideration (even when told they would). Desk staff was extremely rude. Checked out within 30 minutes of arrival and stayed at the Anaheim Comfort Inn. Awesome desk staff, clean room, non-smoking, and free breakfast.”

• They didn't have the room I requested.

“I requested a non-smoking and single king size bed and was given the complete opposite. The room we stayed in stinked and was smoky. In addition, they only gave us two single beds for me and my wife.”

“The hotel was fine, its the rude people that also stay there I just wish people were more curtious.about being loud and noisy at all hours of the night and very early morning. What is wrong with people. I just think they can be so rude and they dont bother to think of others just themselves.”
