“We stayed here on our trip to Disneyland in 2005. The room we stayed in was a family suite. It worked out great. My husband and I had our own bed and there was a partition between us and the kids. We had our own TV and they had their own TV along with drawers for clothes. If I remember right the kids also had nightlights next to their bunk beds. We stayed there a week the room seemed small, but it met our needs and also had a small fridge we used a lot. The shuttle was free to ride back and forth between Disneyland. And the kids ate free at the restaurant. This hotel is a mile away from Disneyland. If you have an infant or child under 1 you may want to consider spending more and staying at the Disneyland hotel that is closer to the park. You have to consider that you will be walking all day. You will be exhausted and so will your kid (s). There is also a Laundromat which I found very useful. We did stay a week and I had less laundry to do once I got home. We also went to the beach, so I was able to clean those clothes before going home. The pool was wonderful as well. Yes, this hotel is hard to find, but all in all we had a great experience here. We would stay here again, unless we had an infant or child that would defiantly need a long nap at some point during the day. For convenience we would stay at a resort hotel.”

“This hotel should not be rated as 3 stars. The location was hard to find, the staffs was unfriendly, me and my husband went on a vacation and we ended up getting a double bed room, we've asked for a king bed and were told that they have none available and only smoking room. They gave us a room next to the elevator; we can hear people going up and down the elevator all day long. The room was not sound proof, we can hear kids screaming and people talking in the other rooms and out the hall way. The heating unit inside the room made loud and horrible noise every time it started; I could not get a good night sleep for most of the time I stayed at the hotel. I called the front desk and they said if I want a king bed I have to pay more. The staffs were not helpful at all. We have the view of the trailer park because the hotel was built next to a trailer park. The bed sheets and comforter were so old and rough, I felt gross to even sleep in it. The bed made squeaky noise every time we lay on it. We don't recommend this hotel to anyone. I don't want to stay at this hotel ever again.”

“Great hotel close to Disney theme parks. A shuttle bus takes you there every twenty minutes. There is a small convenience store inside the hotel and the rooms look new. They are very clean.”

“Functional for travelers who need freeway access, close to Disneyland but not in the "Disneyland" area.”

“I was very disappointed by the lack of customer service. My room phone and thermostat did not work upon arrival but was repaired by a reluctant employee. I am a non smoker and was lucky to get out of a smoking room they had me in. There are a large number of children in facility due to proximity to Disneyland, hence alot of noise. Not good for business travelers. Less desireable smoking rooms and had to fight just to avoid the smoking room so Im not sure if I will use again. Even after getting out of smoking room, I cannot get anything bigger than a double bed often in noisier areas such as near elevator. I also paid more than the going rate of this hotel despite the so called median range provided at time of purchases. Paid more, got less.”

“The hotel is located in a very isolated area (next to the freeway on a frontage road). Not close to anything. Not within walking distance of any other business. They are poorly staffed. It took about 20 minutes to check-in. Very basic accommodations. We were very disappointed.”

“Very large comfy rooms, disorganized front desk personnel, Maid service only if asked to clean room at front desk. Comfort and WiFi connections were best part of the room.”

“My family and I stayed at this hotel while on vacation at Disneyland. It is a quick drive to the park, but a little too far to walk with small children. The rooms are clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Everyone seemed to comment negatively on the breakfast buffet, so I ordered off of the menu and it was good. My son decided he did want the buffet and wound up regretting it. The bacon was saturated in fat and the French toast was stale. Pass on the buffet if time allows. Other than that the hotel was great and I will definitely stay there again.”

“Compared to the North Hollywood Holiday Inn, this was more of what I was expecting. The hotel was emasculate and the front desk clerk that checked me in was VERY nice. If you're not fond of children then I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The parking was a bit of a hassle later in the evening once people had returned from Disneyland. The room I stayed in was nice except I was annoyed by the slow drainage of the tub/shower.”

“The Front desk staff was unwilling to even see if they had a room available early because they said they were too busy doing checkout at that time, not check in. My son slipped outside on the sidewalk, due to the rain and immediately had a huge purple bump on the back of his head. We asked for an ice pack at the front desk, after explaining what happened and was sent to the ice machine on the third floor to get our own ice, not to mention having to go to the room to get a towel to put the ice in. Housekeeping needs to learn to knock before they enter your room. Especially when the Do not disturb sign is on the door. The restaurant to give me credit for my kids meals. Had a server lie and say my daughter, 10 was holding a grownup menu so they gave her 5 pancakes instead of 3. While nobody touched the menus, they were in the center of the table the entire time. Don't offer free meals for children 12 and under if you don't mean it. The Anaheim bus that takes you to Disney and California Adventure is always late. Only comes once every 40 minutes, and not every 20. People had to stand every night from Disney because the transit company would cut one bus and the last bus would wait for 45 minutes to an hour to leave prior to the last bus time. The only two good experiences I had at the hotel are, it is free to do your laundry. The blow dryer was broken. The engineer was up and had it replaced within 10 minutes.”

“The desk clerk asked what type of room we'd prefer (King or Double) and picked out a great room with a view of Disneyland's fireworks for our kids to watch. The restaurant was extremely busy and short of staff, but the manager was kind enough to seat us and take all of our orders so we weren't waiting long.”

“I'm very disappointed when I checked in. They did not have a non smoking room, something that I had explicitly checked on by calling the previous day. Since they had no non smoking rooms, in the middle of the night I had to find a room in another hotel and pay out of my pocket. A smoking room was just not acceptable as I have two little kids. The hotel did anything to compensate for the first night that I paid through my nose for, even though it was in another Holiday Inn.”

“Hotel was very clean and quiet well kept property and we felt very safe staying here. I would recommend this property to my friends. Street in front is one way and the approach street to the hotel can be a bit tricky just bear to the right otherwise you find yourself on the freeway.”
