• The rooms were very comfortable and roomy.
• The location was not the best.

“The hotel was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Room Service was good as we only wanted our room clean every other day and they complied and also left you a note to see if you wanted your room clean.”

• The bed was extremely comfortable!
• The hallways and lobby were hot and stuffy.

“Our room was very clean and the bed was really, really comfortable. The breakfast provided was adequate, though I have stayed at Comfort Inns that have had hot eggs with ham/bacon and not just hard boiled eggs. Overall I was very happy with our stay.”

• It was clean.
• The morning staff were really hard to deal with (men). The women staff were great.

“It was OK. There were things that could have been better (staff, room location, pool was cold, breakfast was marginal.) Would have preferred a closer hotel to Disneyland.”

• We loved how clean it was.
• If you use the back door to the hotel you get locked out. Your room key doesn't work.

“We would absolutely stay again. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was awesome. The rooms were large and VERY clean.”

• Good location, free breakfast.
• Room heater was smelly, did not use.

“The hotel is located close to the area we were visiting. Some traffic noise could be heard from a busy six lane city street and the freeway. The noise was not loud enough to cause any problems sleeping. The soundproofing around the window seemed pretty poor, but it was quiet enough. The outside temperature was in the mid 50's, so the room heater would have made the stay nicer at night. The room heater had a strong electric smell, so we did not use it. We had enough blankets to keep warm at night when sleeping. The shower head worked but the water did not flow out of 1/3 of the head and the shower head adjustment knob did not work. The Internet connection was extremely slow. We did not use the outdoor swimming pool since the weather was too cold.”

• The room was clean, comfortable with frig, microwave. I am pleased with the continental breakfast offer (several variety and delicious waffles).
• Pretty far for Disneyland.

“I was pleased with my stay at this hotel. It is right next to Freeway 5, but surprisingly very quiet and safe. The room was very clean, comfortable, and look cozy. The continental breakfast was excellent with several variety and delicious fresh waffles. I will definitely

• Rooms cleaned on a daily basis and that was nice to come back to from an exhausting day!
• No variety in their daily breakfast.

“All in all their parking was nice, entrance and hallways were kept too warm, but it was nicely decorated. rooms were very comfortable with a nice bed, it had microwave and small fridge, which we used. Did not see any activity in swimming area, do not know why and I didn't ask. 2nd floor was quiet which we liked.”

• Had a great view and comfortable bed.
• Breakfast was not that good, expected more, pool only opened till 10 pm.

“My family enjoyed staying at this hotel. The beds were comfortable. No ants or bugs. The breakfast wasn't that great. And the pool is only opened till 10 pm no later. Overall it was good.”

• The price.
• Unfriendly.

“Upon checking out, we were charged for items that would not be charged at any other hotel. Also, they inspect the room but do not note previous damages from other guests and they tried to imply that items were damaged during our stay.”

• Location and good breakfast.
• No restaurant.

“I chose the Comfort Suites because we have stayed at others in the past. I was disappointed that there was no small bar/restaurant for a drink and would benefit business travelers. The location of the hotel to Disney Land was excellent. The hotel was quite, which was important to me since I stayed there because I had surgery and needed to be near my doctor. I think it's a good hotel.”

• Every employee looked mad.

“I loved the room, loved the hotel. But every single employee looked like they were mad. The front desk clerk looked like we were waiting her time. The lady at the breakfast area angry I smiled at her and she did not. The housekeepers in the elevators, I also said good morning and smiled and no response.”

• Window had no screen to let air in.

• Some hotel staff could take the initiative to say hello.

“Good overall. Just got to work on initiating a hello for customers when they come in. They give u a blank stare until you say something to them.”

• It was very close to Disneyland and right off of the I-5 interstate.
• Well we had ant's really bad in our room.
