• No working air conditioning in my room.

• Customer service.
• The bathroom needs to be re-done, there was mold in the shower and the bathroom wasn't in good condition.

“Customer service was great, location is good, room was pretty large and looked nice, the only complaint was that the bathroom was very old and had mold in the shower.”

• I liked the cleanliness, the continental breakfast, the convenience to freeway and stores and the overall appearance.
• The hotel manager was not that friendly, but, the hotel clerk was really friendly and helpful.

“I'd give this hotel a very good to excellent rating. The manager can work on his social skills and at least learn how to say hello and smile even though his employee is doing his job and doing a very good job I might add.”

• Not friendly as other places, not what I expected from a 2 star hotel.

“This motel was not a 2 star hotel nor a 1.5 star hotel. It was spacious for a business room but not what I expected for the amount of money I had to pay. Way overrated. The front desk person was not helpful as I have had with other motels.”

• There was nothing satisfactory about the hotel.
• The hotel was dirty, dingy, and lacking hot water and basic standards of any hotel.

“Unfortunately when I arrived, the hotel did not meet the standards of the three star experiences I was promised. The hot water in my particular room was not working, and when I informed the hotel manager they said they could do nothing for me.”

• Dirty, Smokey, room stunk.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. Room stunk and everything was very dirty. I didn't want to take off my socks to walk around in the room. Hesitated even taking a shower it was that bad.”

“This hotel is in a great convenient location, but the rooms are in need of upgrading and repair. The shades were broken on both lamps, the television connection was bad (snow across the screen) the security latch on the door was broken off. While inexpensive, I will not return to this hotel.”

• The nice size room.
• The hotel manager.

“This hotel was very horrible. The manager was not accommodating and friendly, it¿s on the other side of the street off the freeway and the parking is very limited. As far as imp concerned I will never stay there again jus because of the bad experience and the manager.”

• Comfortable bed and good shower.
• Dingy, smelly.

“not what you expect for 2-star designation. This was a marginal 1-star. Bed and shower were good; the rest was dismal in appearance and smell.”

• It had microwave, refrigerator and internet.
• Out of date.

“This was not the hotel we expected for the amount we paid. They tried to charge $10.00 more to upgrade to a non-smoking room and a $1.00 surcharge to our credit card for incidentals. The buffet was only coffee and donuts in their small check in room. We did not even go. Because we had already paid you and were tried from traveling, we had to stay. They said they would wave the upgrade and the surcharge, we will check our credit card to see. we are not happy! ”
