• The price and that it had a kitchen.
• Pool hours, and the unavailability of extra pillows and blankets, definitely no frills.

“It had kitchens in the rooms, and a pool, and was easily accessible to Disneyland and the other major attractions in the area. Though the room keys were a bit weird, the doors were all located inside the building so it seemed pretty secure, and there was a security guard in the parking lot at night. This is definitely a no frills hotel, but was clean and convenient, it also has a small pool, no spa, but kind of short hours for the pool. They did not have extra pillows at first but they did get me two when someone checked out, and the staff was very nice and helpful (if you bring children make sure to bring extra pillows and blankets as the regular rooms only have a small (supposedly) queen sized bed (my queen at home is a bit larger), and they charge extra to get two beds, but there is plenty of floor space for sleeping bags. Overall it met my needs for a good price.”

• Not enough parking in front.

“This was a great mini vacation for us to go for a week, gave us the opportunity to make our own meals and have a nice time on our vacation and not spend too much money on food, able to go to other places around that were not too far.”

• Reasonably priced, fairly good location.
• The cost of extras such as room cleaning, fresh linens and internet.

“The hotel/room was quite spacious and well set up for a longer stay. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. It would have been even better if we had not been charged for the extras.”

• No working remote or clock radio no wake up call.

“The staff took 4 hrs to replace my clock and that's only because I went down to get it same with the remote for the TV and no wake up calls? No maids unless requested I needed more towels and had to go get them.”

“It was a decent place to stay. I only slept in the room, so I did not use the facilities. The room was clean and provided what I needed, cheap accommodations.”

• The staff.
• I don't like how they bang on your door twenty minutes after check out time without confirming whether you've requested a late check out.

“One of the nicer Extended Stay Hotels. The mattress was comfortable and I had a view of the fireworks from Disneyland.”

• Check out is at 11 not 12.

“Excellent. Clean. Great check in. Walking distance to restaurants since parking is trouble in that area. If walking there is a shortcut to the themepark, but at night it's very solitaire. I recommend driving to the themepark instead.”

• Cheap, good to just sleep and shower.
• Hard beds, flat pillows other than that ok.

“The bed was hard and pillows were flat, but if your just using it to sleep a couple of hours for the price its right.”

• Broken TV set/arm chair dirty hall ways dirty elevator.

“I have stayed at a different Extended Stay America 1 year prior and enjoyed that experience much better. Upon check in we were told that if we needed fresh towels or anything else we had to go down to the front desk ourselves. The internet charge was $4.99 plus tax for the entire stay; I was only there for 2 nights. We were told that housekeeping would not visit our room at all during our stay because they only do that once a week, the bed sheets were very stiff and felt almost like sand paper, the television set had buttons missing and the remote control did not function properly, the refrigerator was loud and noisy like it was about to go out. There were no shampoo or lotion bottles provided by the hotel like there was at the other one I stayed at. At check out they tried to charge me again for the internet service that I had already paid for with cash at my check in and the person that was checking me out argued with me for approximately 5 minutes trying to make me re-pay for the internet service that I had already paid for! There was old food left in the elevators and hallways along with trash. Our room was on the top (4th) floor facing towards the Disneyland Resort and had an excellent view of the fireworks and wasnt that far walking distance from either the Disneyland Resort Theme Parks as well as the New Anaheim GardenWalk which is still in the process of construction but does have 6 restaurants currently open.”

• There where ants in the room.

“My family and I did not enjoy this hotel. Most of the staff was not friendly and when we requested things (extra pillows, shampoo) they said they were out. It is close to Disneyland, walking or shuttle. It was a place to sleep/rest at night.”

“The hotel in itself was little difficult to find. There could have been more parking available for the location. I liked that it was so close to Disneyland, within walking distance. I did not like that check-in was after 3 pm and check-out was at 11 am. I felt as if I was being short changed for complete days. The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable about attractions and bus routes. I really did not like the parking situation, there simply was not enough parking and the location could have been a little easier to find, especially for out of towers like myself. It would be nice to see the hotel offer discounted passes to the park for those staying at the hotel a certain period of days. And if they did we were not aware of it.”

• It is 10-minute walking distance to Disneyland, near restaurants.
• Charge extra for internet.

• The employee Mina was very helpful when I had questions about the hotel and its surroundings.
• The room was not very clean, the dishes were dirty, and I was walked in on by the housekeeper while I was getting dressed because she did not knock.

“The carpet was dingy and had stains, the dishes available for guests to use were dirty (I had to purchase my own dish soap to clean them). All in all I guess I got what I paid for, but I would not be likely to stay again.”

• It is convenient and I like the kitchen availability.
• The cleaning staff does not do a good job and they have reduced the size of the bureaus which makes a 7 day stay a bit uncomfortable.

“The location is excellent, just off US5 and close to Disneyland and shopping. The morning staff is more compliant than the evening staff and the younger cleaning staff is not as accommodating as the older staff. I like the kitchen aspect, but it is does not provide adequate utensils which requires one to bring from home taking away space for other things when traveling.”
