“This hotel was not brand new but had all the amenities one needs. We were surprised at the quality for the price we paid. And checking in took less than a minute, we really appreciate that after a long day of traveling. The parking lot filled up on Fri and Sat but in their defense there were conventions and pennant races going on at the time. This is the first time we have used priceline.com for traveling arrangements and we are very happy with our experience.”

“For an economy hotel I don't expect something amazing, but this was terrible. I'll never stay here again. It seemed like your average cheap hotel when we arrived and I was actually surprised that it was nicer looking than I expected. The problem was at night. We were right by a busy street so there was the sound of cars all night. Worse, there was this loud, low pitched humming noise. We couldn't figure out where it came from to try to stop it. I wear earplugs at night, but the pitch was so low they couldn't even block it out. It was so loud and distracting I only got 2 hours of sleep the first night. As you can imagine, trying to do Disneyland on 2 hours of sleep isn't very fun. I was so exhausted by the end of the day that the noise wasn't an issue the second night, although I definitely heard it and can imagine it would have kept me up again if I wasn't so exhausted.”

“For a cheap hotel, it was okay, stayed in same brand in SFO one night, then at this one two nights, all three nights the internet stopped working and the staff was unable to restart it. I have come to expect internet in my hotel, and for this reason alone would never consider using this brand again.”

“We had two rooms, three people in each. Never had enough linen/soap coffee, had to ask for more even after leaving a note saying there were three of us. No big problem. Overall, good service for price, staff (two ladies) at front desk was very nice.”

“It was sufficient. You can walk to Disneyland in about 15 minutes or just catch a buss right by the hotel.”

“The room was clean and neat. Staff was helpful and greeted as we made our way to our room. The elevator was convenient since we had luggage.”

“The room quality was good, the staff was friendly however, the breakfast was so poor and it left a bad feeling.”

“Hotel was great but they really need to do something about that spider problem. Before someone or some one’s child gets bitten it is a shame because the pool and Jacuzzi are so beautiful. How can you get in a Jacuzzi or pool and feel comfortable with a million white brown spiders crawling all around you? Horror movie.”

“Motel is quaint and good for the budget minded, a short drive or 20-25 minute walk to the park gates. However there are closer hotels to the park. Like the Holiday Inn express on Walnut. It's a few dollars more but it is a actual hotel and is a 10 minute walk from the Tram pick up site. The internet was trouble free, room was at least clean this year and there were no weekly renters staying there this year. Possibly new management, they had better written policies about room deposits and credit holds. Showers are still problematic with cold and scalding currents that come at random. TV gets a dozen channels, but the fridge and microwave were a plus. Something we were offered last year but our room did not come with. Beds were normal for motel quality, but bring your own pillows.”

“The hotel was clean and smelled good. The tub in the hotel is usually mildewed. That alone will ensure a return trip.”

“We just wanted a place to sleep before going to Disneyland. It was clean and comfortable and a good price for what we were doing. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who needs this kind of accommodations.”

“The office staff was very rude and didn't speak to us when we were in the lobby, and didn't even look up when they did talk to us. There isn't nearly enough parking, with people double parked in front of other guests all over the parking lot. When I asked the manager where I could park, he said he was leaving and I could take his spot. When he pulled out, I realized it was a handicapped spot right in front of the office. We were placed in a smoking room, and they refused to move us, even when I informed them I am allergic to smoke. It was very difficult to sleep in the stinky room. There were also dirty rags/towels in front of our room for two days.”

“My family and I frequent Disneyland often and sometimes are too tired to drive. For the price and location it was great. We did luck out and get parking, but the four families behind us did not. Its a little bit of an older hotel but its clean, everything worked in our room and the staff was helpful. Great for budgeting. Our family liked it.”

“The hotel has no wireless internet, room, bathroom, & swimming pool are not clean, & we used a king size bed instead of the 2 bed that I requested (2 adults& 2 kids in our party). Parking stalls are small for full size car. The only good things I can say about this hotel are it is close to restaurants, shopping centers, Disneyland & freeways but you still has to use the bus or your transportation & it is not just a walk.”

“Nice place- clean, roomy. The staff was relatively helpful. My biggest peeve was location. The hotel is advertised as "two blocks" away from Disneyland. Technically, yes, the hotel is two city blocks away from the city block where Disney property starts. But unless you want to jump the fence, that doesn't really do you any good. Pedestrians must want the entire length of the California Adventure park, a parking lot, and several hotels (roughly another 2 city blocks), then cross busy Harbor St, then walk another half a block to get to the Disney gates. After a full day at the parks, this can be a painful walk home. If you have small children, you might need shuttle transport ($3 per person per day). A word of warning about the shuttles (and why we didn't use them): At slower times of the year, such as early June when we went, the park stays open far after the shuttles stop running. During our stay, Disneyland closed at 11pm, but the shuttle stopped at 5pm. Be sure to investigate before booking the hotel. All in all, though, the price was incredibly inexpensive, and the hotel was very comfortable- exceedingly so for the price. We've paid a lot more and gotten a lot less.”
