“The room was so stuffy. We needed to have the air condition on at all times. There were never enough towels in the pool area. I loved the location, though, and the staff was very friendly. We asked for an adjoining room
at the last minute & the front desk was able to accommodate our request immediately.”

“The room smell like mildew cove with deodorizer, carpet had cigarette burn hole even though it was non smoking room. First morning no hot water for shower at 8:00 am, called the service and was told that lot of people took the shower earlier and ran out hot water. This hotel does not qualify for any star or Ramada name and I will not recommend to any body.”

“Pluses, right across the street from Disneyland Park. They have a nice pool. Definitely kid friendly. Rooms were supplied with a microwave, fridge, showers had a no skid pad and handheld nozzle for washing small children. Continental breakfast. Minuses, very run down hotel rooms. No privacy since all rooms have a huge window that everyone can look into and I had to keep the curtains closed the whole stay. The sheets made me itchy. Loud teens running up and down the stairs and corridor and playing in the parking lot. The hotel staff didn't do anything about the loud kids. Continental breakfast is not fresh and not much selection.”

“Location to Disneyland is what sold us on this hotel. The beds were small (more like full size than queen size) and the rooms were small, not much room to move around. Old motel, but clean.”

“The hotel room was clean and neat. However, we could not get internet access and when I called front desk for help; the woman rudely spouted off a password and user name and hung up. It wouldn't work, so I called back stating I needed confirmation of the password (which I reread to her, spelling it). She told me Id need tech support...she didn't listen to my plea to just restate the username as I felt that may be the problem. I waited 10 minutes for tech support who wanted to check my IP address and all that nonsense and I just said give me the password, please. She did and it was not the one given by front desk. Anyway, later that evening, my son wanted to rent a pay per view movie. The remote wouldn't work. I called front desk asking for assistance. She said my remote was fine but I must be doing it wrong and she would send maintenance over. I said I didn't think so. She sent maintenance over, who checked a new remote, which didn't work either. When he called the front desk to say that, I heard her shout, "there is nothing wrong with the remote; she's (meaning me the customer) pushing the wrong button. I got on the phone and told her I, and the maintenance man, we pushing the right button, but nothing was happening. She said Id need tech support but it would take a long time for her to call them. I asked how long and she replied 10-15 minutes. I said please do. But she was so rude! After 30 minutes, the TV was fixed, I ordered my $11.00 movie and in half an hour, my son fell asleep. Next morning, the lady at the continental breakfast was so nice but the coffee was so bad. She more than made up for it with her kindness, though. More like a 1-star but since I am a snob, it's probably a 2-star for most people.”

“I was pleasantly surprised with the Ramada main gate. The front desk staff was friendly. The rooms were very clean and kept modern, which is very important. The bathroom was a bit small but was very clean and modern. The beds were as comfortable as hotels beds can get. The pool was very nice. I loved the location; walking distance to Disneyland with Denny¿s and I-hop on your way there. My only problem with the whole trip was that I had to leave a day earlier and was unable to get a room there for that night, and had to stay at the carriage inn- and that hotel was horrible!”

“The staff were great and it had a nice pool. They served continental breakfast but it didn't look too good so we didn't eat. Reasonable place to stay for the price although I probably would not go back.”

“This hotel couldn't have been more convenient to Disneyland. It made a great break on a hot day to be a short walk back the hotel. The convenience store had basics so we didn't have to drive. The rooms were clean but a little musty. The room size was plenty for us and the furnishings were the expectable quality and didn't look too worn. The beds where what I expect from a hotel like this. They were not plush and not boards but were a bit hard. The ice maker closest to us was not working but the staff pointed out another very quickly. Room service was timely and accommodated our special requests. The pool was clean and kid-friendly. Breakfast was Danish, juice, coffee, cereal, and fruit. It was plenty of food and always staffed but seating was limited. Overall, we would stay here again because it was close, clean, and good comparable value.”

“Good sized clean rooms. Walking distance to Disneyland. Skip the breakfast, its not worth it. Only complaint was the door lock did not work right, it would take a dozen or so tries before the card would activate the lock.”
