• Location.
• Hard beds, no internet, and it smelled.

“For price and location, it was OK. Beds were hard, room has funny smell, and no internet was available. Employees seemed friendly. It was very quiet at night. Was very close to Disney, not sure if walking distance or not.”

• Spacious, clean, well located to Disneyland ,food outlets and transport.
• Breakfast room needs updating.

“Pleasant place to stay, well located clean, comfortable & well priced, nothing special but if you want that then you need to pay for it! breakfast is an added bonus.”

• Within walking distance to Disneyland.
• Giant waterbug in bathroom on the first night. Could not get anyone to remove it.

“Seems a little run down. Shuttle service broke down my first day although they provided transportation it delayed my getting to the convention center by 45 minutes. Giant waterbug in bathroom on my first night, I called the front desk to have it removed but they never sent anyone. On the 3rd day I came back to room and there was some kind of black stuff in the bathtub, could not get anyone to clean that up. Breakfast was lacking.”

• Served its purpose.

“Very clean, soft, clean sheets and other bedding. Comfortable bed. Very clean room although the smell of disinfectant was strong I was pleased to know they cleaned well. Very nice staff. Plenty of towels, soap etc.”

• Average hotel.
• Nothing.

“Good clean hotel worth the money and only 5 blocks from Disneyland, free shuttle which ran hourly, pool was clean and don't have anything bad to say.”

• Front desk were nice and friendly, room was a good size for that many people we had.

“Room was large enough and comfortable for the people who where with us. You do need to get up early enough to have there continental breakfast.”

• Located near Disneyland, hotel provided free van ride to Disneyland.
• Rooms were dirty and old, shower had problems, old bed and bedding and
  stained bath towels.

“Great location for Disney visitors. Hotel was below my standards. Dirty and old rooms, shower had plumbing problems, bed and bedding were old, room was smelly, wall paper peeling off walls due to water damage, and bath towels were stained.”

• Location to Disneyland.
• Staff was rude. Room was filthy. No towels for 2 days.

“This hotel was horrible. I'd never stay there again nor would I recommend it to anyone. Rooms were filthy. Our feet were black. 2 times no towels were left after housekeeping cleaned. Housekeeping just walked into the room without knocking after we called for towels. Breakfast had stale bread for toast and donuts with flies on them. Staff barely spoke English. Shuttle driver left at times different than what was on schedule.”

  was hard to get into and out.
