• Located close to Disney Theme parks.

“Staff not very helpful and much less friendly. Room I stayed in was grimy and in need of repair. My room had a big stain on the carpet and the room smelled moldy. Pricey for the quality of room.”

• Close to Tram for Disneyland.
• Needs to be cleaner & be updated.

“Other than the hotel needing to be remodeled & cleaner we didn't have any problems. The air,shower & refrigerator all worked and we didn't see any bugs. The breakfast was ok, crowded at times & could have more items added to it.”

• Total waste of money, I could have spent the same amount of money and gone to another one which was right across Disneyland and had good appeal.

• The room was cleaned every day and the desk was very friendly.
• Shower heads are very low and I am very tall.

“For the money you cant beat it, close enough to Disney Land you can walk but they are also on the route for the buses that take you to and from the park.”

• Had a room on the first floor.
• Receptionist was rude. Hotel had no guests but was not accommodating and not friendly.

“Hotel is average. Did not have staff around to help guests and staff are not friendly. Hotel had very little guests but staff was not accommodating. I would not go back to this hotel.”

• Had a pool and the price was cheap, only slept there, so it was fine.
• No hot tub. Non-cooperative when tried to get items back that were forgotten at the hotel.

“The staff was not friendly or helpful. They gave me a hard time when I asked them to put my garment bag (that I had forgotten) in a box.”

• Location was a little iffy, pool was supposed to be heated, was not.

• Fast wireless, friendly staff.
• Felt unsafe.

“Pros: Fast wireless, friendly staff, clean bathroom, convenient shuttle ($3/day) to Disneyland (though you will have to transfer to another shuttle to get to the Convention Center). Cons: In an area where I, as a female, did not feel all that confident walking around alone at night; no business center where I could print things out; no fitness center; thin walls; dirty floor; falling apart and dirty table and chairs. Overall: this is an economy motel for the location. It may be fine for a family on vacation, but may be too inconvenient for business travelers. Spend the extra money and stay close to the convention center, where you will feel a bit safer, have easier access to a variety of food, and have services tailored to the business traveler.”

• Comfortable bed.
• Scary neighborhood, run-down, not 2 stars, not close to Disneyland.

“Not worth the money. Not a 2 star, more like a 1 star. Run-down, peeling paint & mildew in bathroom. Shower went from hot to cold at random. I paid more than Motel 6 in the hopes of being close to Disneyland, it wasn't. Scary neighborhood.”

• Surprised by micro & fridge, a nice do it yourself, breakfast room, very clean room, pool, Carrows or Coco's next door.
• Sound of busy street out front.

“Very Clean room complete with very limited TV channels, microwave & fridge, decent water pressure, firm but comfortable beds, AC & Heat, friendly & helpful staff, $3 per day road transport shuttle to Disneyland just 100 feet from lobby, clean pool, no Jacuzzi, unexpected free breakfast room with waffles, toast & doughnuts, cereal & milk, OJ, coffee, tea. Some road noise from busy street location, located where commercial meets residential neighborhood across from a vacant lot, convenient Carrows or Coco's next door has awesome Mexican menu & good standards, 2 long blocks from the 5 freeway.”

• The location for mayor attractions was good.

“If you are looking for facility of location it is perfect. If your looking for comfort without the luxury this is affordable. So this hotel will be a place to stay without the luxury but comfort of being clean and simple.”

• Housekeeping was excellent.
• Much needed maintenance.

“Staff was excellent. Felt very safe to wake up to 26 police cars in the lot. 3-4 police per car. They were there because they had been helping with the fires.”

“This is the filthiest hotel Ive ever stayed in. New white socks turn black within an hour of walking around. Looks like a hotel you would spend an hour in. I was tricked into thinking this was one of the Disney sister hotels, Ramada north gate. This was Ramada limited north gate. Limited in every way including convenience, cleanliness. There wasn't even a decent place to eat within walking distance. Horrible.”
