• Close to Disneyland and the freeways, that was extremely important for California hotels.
• Staff not very friendly. Some of the people in hotel were partying a little late.

“Great proximity to everything. Mall about 8 minutes away. Restaurants about 2 minutes and so was Disneyland. Next to freeway that you could barely hear. Great continental breakfast.”

• It was close to Disneyland.
• Rooms were a bit small.

“The hotel could use a make over. The rooms are small. If you were traveling with younger children and had a lot stuff it would be very cluttered.
I set up the ironing board for our smaller bags. It was a nice place for our short trip to Disneyland.”

• Front desk staff is accommodating, they manage to book our trip to the last minute and reserve us a taxi.
• It needs renovation specially the dining area, foods are being repeated the following days.

“The motel Ramada Limited is recommended to travelers that stays only for a day, not for long staying. It is also recommended for travelers who are thrifty. The front desk staff are accommodating, they manage to fix what was not done by the end shift employee, they book our Universal Studios trip very well, so bad that they run out of the Disneyland tickets. They also reserved us taxi at the time we wanted.”

• It was close to Disneyland.
• The staff wanted to charge us $30 to do the paperwork in the morning, we told them we didn't need the keys yet, but they insisted they had to charge.

“The bathrooms, while "clean" were not the best. The tub had scratches and chips in the bottom and some of the baseboard was missing. The mattress were a little hard and the pillows felt like they were made of plastic.”

“Internet Wi-Fi was horrible. I could not check my e-mails and at best get a signal with just one bar. The bed was pretty uncomfortable. The cleanliness was not proper. The staff did not hear to complaints.”

• The price.
• Ryan front desk person would talk on the phone for literally 15-20 minutes ignoring guests.

“The room was clean and comfortable. The place is old and run down but the price is reasonable. The staff gets an F, they are unfriendly and inconsiderate.”

• It was close to Disneyland.
• Night customer service lied about lower room not being available. Carpet in room was in need of shampooing.

“Rooms were OK, but carpet needs to be shampooed. I showered before bed and in the morning I washed my feet with a rag before putting my shoes on and the rag was dirty.”

• Located close to Disney Theme parks.

“Staff not very helpful and much less friendly. Room I stayed in was grimy and in need of repair. My room had a big stain on the carpet and the room smelled moldy. Pricey for the quality of room.”

• Close to Tram for Disneyland.
• Needs to be cleaner & be updated.

“Other than the hotel needing to be remodeled & cleaner we didn't have any problems. The air,shower & refrigerator all worked and we didn't see any bugs. The breakfast was ok, crowded at times & could have more items added to it.”

• Total waste of money, I could have spent the same amount of money and gone to another one which was right across Disneyland and had good appeal.

• The room was cleaned every day and the desk was very friendly.
• Shower heads are very low and I am very tall.

“For the money you cant beat it, close enough to Disney Land you can walk but they are also on the route for the buses that take you to and from the park.”

• Had a room on the first floor.
• Receptionist was rude. Hotel had no guests but was not accommodating and not friendly.

“Hotel is average. Did not have staff around to help guests and staff are not friendly. Hotel had very little guests but staff was not accommodating. I would not go back to this hotel.”

• Had a pool and the price was cheap, only slept there, so it was fine.
• No hot tub. Non-cooperative when tried to get items back that were forgotten at the hotel.

“The staff was not friendly or helpful. They gave me a hard time when I asked them to put my garment bag (that I had forgotten) in a box.”
