“Charged a "resort fee" and it was a dive. They advertised complimentary "USA Today" but they told me at front desk, they don't provide them. The internet access code worked only on first night. Car alarms went off about twice a night (2 am and 4 am) and the whole hotel could hear”

“Noisy, dirty, didn't feel safe there, people in room next to us obviously were living there (had lots of possessions and bicycles in room that made it appear they were living there). they kept their door open, they were having party and playing their guitars, lots of traffic in and out, not good for a family at all!”

“Do not stay here. Rooms are OK, the worst staff, very unhelpful and extremely rude.”

“Good hotel for the money. Parking can be tight but is available. Still a wee way from Disney but there is a bus for $3. Would have no problem staying again.”

“The room was spacious but had a funny smell. The office staff was slow to check-in and they seemed to be in the middle of some kind of construction. Also, I was never made aware of any resort fee but had to pay.”

“It was very convenient for me but
I didn't like the additional resort fees and tax resort fees. Also they required a $50.00 deposit in cash and
I didn't like the customer service of two employees. I would prefer to stay in a different hotel.”

“Our room was great it was secluded at the end of the hall so it was quiet. The only disturbance was the fireworks from Disneyland, which we had a great view of, but can't complain about that too much.”

“Dirty, extra charge, had to wait for the room to be checked for lost towels etc. before I could leave. Parking was narrow, name was Econolodge main gate (main gate referring to Main gate to Disneyland) was three miles away over a busy freeway (I5). Would never stay there again.”

“I think the hotel was very friendly, nice big rooms, very clean, and close to Disney land which was at walking distance. It also had a nice pool and hot tub. Just wish the hot tub was a little hotter. It was great, and affordable.”

“Clean, pleasant motel with warmly friendly service. Typical LA-area commercial environment. LOUD Disney fireworks at 10pm, then pretty quiet till 6am. If you need to sleep past 6:30, bring earplugs. The plumbing (water running for showers in other rooms) squeals loudly for extended periods in early morning. Good beds.”

“If you are looking for a cheap room to sleep in while you're at Disneyland, this might be your place. Not much to enjoy. Breakfast was not impressive. Next time, I think I will shop around for a nicer, closer to Disneyland, hotel room.”

“We arrived before check in, our room wasn't ready. They let us park our car there so we could go to Disney, and check in later. Room was clean, on a budget this is a great place to stay. We will stay there again.”

“Loved the room. Wish there would have been a microwave in the room. I had to go all the way down to the office to heat my food.”

“It was clean. The continental breakfast was not that great. The hotel was not walking distance to Disneyland and did not provide a shuttle. You had to catch a bus a block away that drove through a real shady part of town on your way back from Disneyland which usually is at night.”

“We did not feel safe our entire stay. The drunken man followed my son around and kept trying to get him in his room I told the front desk and all they could say was they could not control their quests. A couple fought all night and I had to call police, again she blamed the quests. The hot tub was a cold tub. Our ceiling leaked during a rainy night. We were moved to a room across from the laundry and there was a stack of cig butts like someone slept there the night before. Scary! Please you are supposed to only offer safe rooms and this was not one. Continental breakfast was toast with made by hard bread, gross. No coffee.”

“Small amount of parking, free parking, elevator access, free muffins, and coffee and toast but very poor quality of free breakfast. Room adequate for one star, not too bad, however shower head too low, there were a 2.50 /night resort fee. They were short on towels when we asked for extra.”

“I would not stay there again. There was no parking. The front desk person barely spoke English. The location was seedy. The breakfast muffins and Danish were stale.”
