  • I had to pay $15 per day for parking that I did not use because I live locally.

“ When I first walked into the room, I definitely did not think that it was a 4 star room. It was more like a 3 star room and the tv had limited channels. I only used the parking for 1 day and I stayed for 2 days and was charged $15 per day, no exceptions (I'm a local and my friend picked me up). Also, it was a pain to try and leave the parking lot because the attendant required you to fill out this paper and it asked you for your license plate and it was raining very hard so I had to get out of the car and look for it and then the attendant said we didn't have to write it. ”

  • Excellent customer service, great location.

“I was delighted in my stay at this hotel. The customer service was suburb, location ideal. Definitely would stay here again.”

  • Rude front desk clerk.

“When I checked in, I was the next in line, but had to wait about 15 minutes. The front desk clerk never apologized and just handed me my room keys, no papers about amenities, nothing. When I called the next night, inquiring about the fitness center, she didn't even say goodbye and practically slammed the phone down.”

  • The hotel was clean and well-kept.
  • The hotel was very loud during construction on the lobby.

“This hotel was clean and well-kept and right down the road from the Disneyland park, but the beds are hard, the lobby is very loud during the construction hours (making it near impossible to take afternoon naps). Just not worth the money we paid to stay there. Maybe it would be better once construction is over.”

  • Proximity to meeting location.
  • Expensive Internet, terrible TV.

“Under extensive renovation that significantly impacts the customers experience.”

  • Hotel was clean and suite worked well with kids to have their own area and privacy for adults.
  • Too far from Disneyland, shuttle is free, but you'll walk along way to get on.

“Hotel is nice, but under construction and was not advised prior to booking. Pool says heated on its website, but it was ice cold. North tower is newly renovated, but the price you pay is you have to walk far to get to the Disneyland shuttle. Would try someplace closer to Disneyland. Suite was nice although took a little getting used to is very business like decor, almost felt like I was an office.”

  • Close to name brand restaurant & free shuttle to Disneyland.
  • Construction, dust, and noise.

“While we have stayed at the Hilton, Garden Grove before this was a new experience. The lobby is completed torn up, the noise from the jackhammers is deafening, the dust is unbelievable because the area is not "sheeted" off and it was disappointing. If you can, request rooms in the North Tower as they are brand new.”

  • Free Disney shuttle.
  • There wasn't a continental breakfast.

“The staff was great, the in/out room hotel dining was expensive. There was suppose to be a $15 per day parking but for some reason, when I checked out, they comped it (free parking). There is construction going on in the South Tower, signs say it is a $25 Mil project. I will stay here again.”

  • Great location, near many local attractions.
  • Our air conditioner was on the fritz.

“My husband and I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this hotel. The customer service was excellent and everyone at the hotel were helpful and friendly. They offer a free shuttle to Disneyland arriving and departing every 1/2 hour. The shuttle was on time and fast. They also have a Starbucks on the premises which comes in handy because Disneyland does not serve it.”

  • The buffet breakfast was great.
  • TV was old and reception on rented movie was bad.

“Great deal for the price. Very nice, but needs some updating (e.g., TVs).”

  • Free shuttle service to Disneyland.
  • Parking was $19/night and high.

“Highly recommend this hotel for a trip to Disneyland. Close enough to the beach cities to make it worth the short drive. Very friendly staff.”

  • Beautiful hotel, very nice
  • $15 charge per night to park

“This was a great hotel for the money I bid. I was only unhappy for the parking charge. Maybe it should be included in the price of the hotel at bid time.”

  • Staff was friendly, room was clean, bed was comfortable, good happy hour.
  • Gift shop pricing was a little shady.

“We really enjoyed our stay there. The staff was helpful, our room was clean and everything worked. I would not hesitate to use priceline to book another room there. They have a free shuttle to Disney which was on time and the drivers were friendly.”

  • I liked the staff, they were very friendly. The hotel was very clean as well.
  • The rooms were out of date and looked nothing like how they looked online. Not enough courtesy shuttles.

“I enjoyed my stay despite the fact that my room was outdated. The lobby was very clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurants were very convenient. The pool was nice, small and could be cleaner, but overall nice. Being that I had both my children with me, it was very kid friendly. I requested for a pack and play in my room and they made that happen free of charge. So, it was ok there.”

  • valet parking was used but it obviously was not covered because the car interior was roasting.

  • Friendly staff. Good bed.
  • It was supposed to be under renovation. The rooms were dark and in need of updating.

“If you don't care about looks this hotel would be fine. It is outdated and the rooms are depressing. I would NEVER go there again.”

  • The process of which you check out. Looked like a line waiting to board an ariplane.

“Beautiful hotel. Extremely clean beautiful grounds close to many restaurants. Front desk people could use a lesson in smiling!”
