• The pool location with the spa, also access to towels the fitness center.
• Having to pay for parking at the hotel.

• The hotel is beautiful!
• Paying for parking, and very pricey restaurants.

“This is a great hotel, well maintained! I wouldn't suggest it for a long term stay since they don't provide a complimentary breakfast, and nothing is included in the base room price (refrigerator, parking, etc.). It is a small slice of luxury in the Anaheim area!”

• Good location. Nice rooms. Very airy.
• Expensive parking.

“This is a very nice hotel. Great for families as they have these kids suites, which have a master bedroom for mom and dad, and the a bedroom with bunk beds for the kids. The only thing I didn't like was the parking is very expensive (they should be charging at all) dues to the fact the convention center is part of the hotel. The parking at the surrounding hotels, which are just across the street, is free though.”

“My husband and I had an awesome time, it was really quiet and no one ever bugged us of anything. I also loved the star bucks in the lobby.”

• Beautiful and free shuttle to Disneyland.
• Curtains in room were dirty and needed to be cleaned.

• The staff in the lobby and the lots were great.
• The room was dirty. The housekeepers were unwilling to do their job.

“At first glance this was a wonderful hotel. Then you get to the room. The TV was broken. There was semen on the headboard and a wet towel filled with bathroom trash in the safe. The next room was better but not what you would expect from the Hyatt chain.”

• Very friendly staff, beautiful hotel.
• Starbucks closes early. Parking is expensive.

“Great hotel. Very friendly staff. Convenient to Disneyland but not in the middle of it. Two pools which is nice. Extra parking fees so be wary.”

• Free shuttle to Disneyland, cleanliness, fast elevators.
• Shower diverter valve leaked , most of the water when down the drain not to the head.

• Parking charge, slow shower drainage.

• Free upgrade to a family suite.
• No continental breakfast.

“Nice room. Parking fees were unexpected, but were comp'd. He made an exception and gave us a large discount on breakfast, but I felt that the rig-a-ma-ro was a hassle.”

• Free shuttle to and from Disneyland, and clean.
• Dated beds that are not as comfortable as other 3-4 star hotels and some of the staff were rude.

“Be prepared to live with some small differences when compared to 4 star hotels.”

• It was a convenient location and the staff was friendly and the shuttles were nice.
• The parking cost and the deposit we had to put down it was ridiculous.

“The staff was very friendly no doubt about that, they made me feel right at home and was willing to help us in any way we needed. Just the deposit and the cost of parking really shaded the experience I wouldnt stay there again because of that.”

• I liked the ease of getting in and out of the hotel and the friendly personnel.
• I was charged to park in the self parking for each day.

“It has a very elegant and friendly look to it, and the employees were very helpful. The rooms are nicely kept, and guest services were very helpful.”
