• Staff friendly, nice rooms.
• No free breakfast.

• Comfortable stay.
• Breakfast was late, false fire alarm, hot water out till after check out time.

“The hotel itself was good, but our breakfast was over an hour arriving, then there was a fire alarm stating to leave building immediately, at 8am. we were leaving the room when they announced it was a false alarm but the hot water had gone out. the hot water was back on by check out time but we didn't have time to shower then, it was disappointing at least.”

• Spacious suite with comfortable beds.

• Large full wall window in room faced Disneyland and fireworks.
• Kind of skimpy on cream and sugar for in room coffee.

“The room was great. We faced Disneyland, which was about a mile away. Each night we could watch the evening fireworks from a large full wall window in the bedroom.”

• My children loved the arcade, convenient to Disneyland, comfortable bed and spacious room.

• The Marriott is a reliable and consistent hotel.
• They made me pay $14 for a parking pass and go back out to my car to place the parking permit. It seemed very inefficient.

“The hotel room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. My only issue was that they made me pay $14 for a parking pass and go back out to my car to place the parking permit in my car late at night. It seemed very inefficient, and there should be a better system.”

• Great location for a day at Disneyland. Great customer service and cleanliness. I had both younger and older kids. Activities for all.

• Very comfortable after a long day traveling.
• I wish I had known there was a $12/night parking fee for self parking.

• We like the location to the Disneyland Park and surrounding restaurants.
• Self parking was $12 per day - this was an unexpected expense.

“This hotel was far from a 4 star resort but acceptable none the less. We liked the close proximity to the park and area as a whole. We recommend this hotel to families but be prepared to pay for daily parking and the shuttle to Disneyland ($4 per adult, $1 per child).”

• Nice large rooms. Good lobby and exterior.
• Parking fee, distance from Disneyland, slightly dated dirty carpet and bathroom.

• It was the center point to all attractions we visited.
• I did not like having to pay for parking and not finding out about it until we checked out.

“It definitely is showing it's age. It is a 2 1/2 - 3 star hotel. The carpets need to be updated and those awful swap meet bargain cheap looking $10 pictures need to be updated as well. If this hotel is going to rate itself that high they need to color coordinate the room better, upgrade the furniture and carpet. The staff was friendly and the maid service was great. I may consider staying at this hotel in the future but will definitely would prefer to stay somewhere else. No continental breakfast.”
