• Location to Disneyland.
• Pull out couch was very hard and uncomfortable and linens were not provided for it.

“Overall for a family on a budget this hotel was good for staying at to visit Disneyland. Some improvements were needed in the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel itself, otherwise it was fine.”

• The location was great and the room was large.
• The walls are a little thin, the room near the stairs was very loud with kids running.

“Very nice. Great location, close to Disney, but not too close. Would stay there again, but would ask for a room on the top floor and not near the stairs.”

• I really enjoyed the hotel, it was very clean and comfortable beds were soft and shower was nice towels were clean (white & fluffy).

“This hotel was very nice. It was clean and comfortable beds were white, pillows were fluffy, clean towels and shower was nice and clean. It had a shuttle to Disneyland and free parking. Hotel staff was really nice.”

• Very spacious rooms
• So-called "indoor pool"

“It was a decent place to stay and the staff was well mannered. The indoor pool wasn't so indoors. It was outdoors with 3 walls and a roof around it. Aside from that, it was a relaxing stay.”

• Kids channels, you can buy tickets for Disney at the front desk. Not enough light in the rooms
• Didn't respond quickly when the heat wasn't working due to a fuse. Shower head was short, had to bend down to get hair wet.

“The space was large enough for having small children. The heater didn't work. I asked the front desk to send someone up to fix the first night. No one came up. The second night after returning from Disney I went to the front desk and complained. The main guy was there in a flash. (even Christmas day!) The phone wouldn't let anyone call me. The internet worked great! There is a frig and microwave too in the suites. The breakfast was danish, waffles, cereal, muffins, juice, milk, coffee, and fruit! If you are looking for something cheap and good enough to sleep while you visit the area then its good.”

• For the price it cant be beat, clean and cheap.
• I like 4 star or better, but was on a budget.

“Hotel was great for the price. It was clean and everything worked. If you just want a clean cheap room without a lot of ammenities this is a good choice. It's not as nice as a usually like, but I found this okay since I was only in the room to sleep.”

• Provided extra pillows.
• Maid attempted to enter our room after we checked in, she thought we had left for Disney Land.

“Hotel was ok, but they had me sign a statement that the Maid entering was a mistake. I do not believe this as many of my personal documents came up missing and I and my daughter had confirmed they were in the pouch upon arrival to the hotel. I do have a security alert on my so if any one is trying anything they will get caught. I do not believe this hotel is safe to stay in. I recommend you Keep all your documents and computers, etc locked with suit case locks. Hotel staff tried to blow me off but the red flag went up! I would recommend you take this hotel off your site as there will be trouble in the future.”

• Very friendly and helpful staff with convenient commute to Disneyland.
• The pool was the size of a hot tub. Very small for a family hotel.

“Very convenient, economical option for Disneyland visitors. Staff is friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast is pretty good, including waffles, muffins, cereal, fruit, juice, milk & coffee.”

• Everything was perfect, already recommended to someone and they booked already.
• Parking space availability but it was worked out.

• The staff was very helpful and nice.
• On our 4th day our room did not get clean until later that day.

• The room had a full sized couch and a comfortable bed.
• It was farther from our destination that I had thought.

“I liked the hotel overall. The staff called our room a few minutes after check-in to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. It was comfortable and spacious.”

• There was nothing Liked about the hotel.
• The air conditioner did not work it made noise all night.

“The hotel room was little. The sofa bed was broke if you pulled the bed out, it would not go back in. The ice box did not keep cool. The bathroom door did not close all the way. Had to pay for extra 10.00 cash for extern parking and if there were no parking at the end of the night they want you to park next door or across the street after you pay for the parking. And the air conditioner did not work through warm air and mad noise all the time. Just not a good place 2 stay and not that close to Disneyland.”

• The breakfast was great and the renovations improved the property a lot.
• No problems.

“This is the second stay that my family and I have had here and I have to say that there have been a lot of improvements since my first stay. They have put new carpet in and also new mattresses and a renovated pool area. The fact that the continental breakfast was hot with a few diff items than before was also a plus. I would also like to add that the hotel is in one of the best locations for shopping and dining. It is also only 5 min from Disneyland which my children loved.”

• Most of the staff was great!
• Padlocked the pool at 6:30pm with sign reads 10pm.

“There is not enough time to talk about all the problems with this Hotel. No internet in my room, the shower curtain would not close, the front door had a 1 1/2 inch gap at top which every noise seemed to find all night long. The drapes in my room looked like a they came from the trash. The toilet paper looked like tracing paper, it was so thin. They told us they were remodeling the pool so they padlocked it at 6:30PM, the sign said 10PM and in 4 days we were there, was no workers anywhere near the pool. I think it all came down to under staffing problems. They also had a washer and Dryer and were out of soap. They had a waffle maker, but no syrup for them. I will never stay there again.”

• I really like the maid, she was very friendly, an she even fixed my bed .
• The bathroom was very uncountable, it was very small and the Jacuzzi was closed.
