“Security only patrols front lots; making sure hotel patrons do not use them; back lots has trucks/vans taking up 2-4 parking spaces. Hotel security would not haul away violators. Poorest guest parking in the area with the highest parking/resort fee. There is no direct walkway to the parking lot.”

“Pleasant staff for early arrival and accommodations of quiet zone and bed requests. Resort fee of $12 unexpected and unnecessary! $10 nightly if you want a fridge.”

“Having to walk all the way around the hotel from the parking lot just to get into the lobby was not pleasant. I had to pay 12 dollars a day to hike back and forth to my car. Add luggage on top of that and it wasn't pleasant. If we're paying to park then there needs to be better hotel access. You basically had to walk behind the hotel just to get inside. Also the heating in the room was a pain. It had all these different programs and would change the temperature automatically. You would wake up and it would be 85 degrees in the room.”

“I asked for a room in the quiet zone and had no problem receiving the room. Room was very quiet and comfortable. Shuttle to Disneyland was excellent and allowed me to bring my family staying at a local hotel along. Their hotel charged a resort fee, but did not include the Disneyland shuttle.”

“Overall, the hotel was good. There were restaurants close by and a target right across the street. That comes really handy if you are staying at the hotel for a long period of time. The only problem we had was that a crib was not in our room when we checked in even though we requested it before check-in, during check-in, and via phone call to the front desk. I personally had to come back down to the front desk at 10pm to tell them again that the crib was not delivered at the room. That is when they finally delivered it to us.”

“Beautiful hotel and rooms. Very clean and appealing colors and motif. Staff friendly and helpful. Shuttle easily accessible and quick. I would definitely stay here again! The one thing I didn't like was the parking arrangement. You park in multiple areas and then you have to walk literally the entire way around the hotel. They should've come up with an entrance from the back so we didn't have to walk around.”

“Overall, Crowne Plaza is an above average hotel. Spacious room, close proximity to attractions, restaurants, retail, and drug stores. Except for the room ventilation system, I would say that Crowne Plaza is a decent place to stay for anyone.”

“I think it was awful that I had to pay more once I got to the hotel. The hotel showed me the fine print where it stated that I had to pay any additional hotel fees. This could've been $50 a night - who knows! The fees should be included in the price of the room.”

“Overall, the hotel is nice. As mentioned before, it is a bit far if you like to walk to Disneyland versus taking the shuttle. We called for room service and they never showed up. Other than that, it was a nice place.”

“Hotel is in a prime location, great food within walking distance and great transportation for nearby attractions. Parking is in a dark, unsafe lot in the back of the hotel with an unsafe walk to entrance.”

“It is very convenient if you want to go to Disneyland and there are restaurants next to hotel but it will be better if the valet parking is lower than $26/day.”

“Nice lobby, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, not very much parking and parking gets full very fast so you have to park far away AND pay 12 dollars a night to park far away.”

“This hotel was clean and nice. The rooms were spacious and the staff exceptionally friendly. Our TV wasn't working right and with one phone call in 10 minutes it was fixed. Nice shower, great bathroom. Free internet. Very nice! I wish there had been a microwave and a refrigerator, but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.”

“Very pretty lobby and friendly staff. Disney shuttle, but we didn't use it. Heard some others complaining of $12 resort fee which includes internet, parking, etc - that's just part of it, I figure! Elevators worked quickly. Did not use valet. Small restaurant onsite.”

“The room itself was fine. The beds were comfortable and all of the amenities functioned. We enjoyed watching The Disney Channel on the large flat screen TV. The room safe was too small to hold our video camera, laptop computer and other valuables but I understand there is another safe located at the front desk where such things can be left. There was no refrigerator (other than the locked minibar) but I understand that refrigerators can be rented for an extra charge. The maids were rather stingy with the soap and shampoo.”
