• Location very convenient to restaurants and target, shuttle to Disney.
• Extra resort fees and shuttle often very crowded.

“Hotel was clean, staff helpful and friendly, all our room requests were met (bed types, fridge, NS, etc.), convenient to restaurants, Starbucks and Target.”

• I like the shuttle to Disney Land.
• I did not like the hidden fee for $12 per day. that was not including vallet parking.

• I liked the location, near Disneyland, shopping centers.
• Parking was the only issue. It's in the back so it's quite a walk. You pay a daily fee of $12 for parking use which includes shuttle to Disneyland.

“I enjoyed our stay. The pool, the rooms are nice. The parking is the only thing that I'd complain about. It's shared between neighboring hotels, and so it could be quite a long walk to get inside to the hotel. To make it easier, that is if you have a lot of luggage, you could unload your belongings at the front entrance and then park. You also pay a $12 daily fee for parking but it also includes using the shuttle to Disneyland and the business center if needed.”

• Comfortable beds.
• Smoking room, no chairs in room, only place to sit was bed.

“The hotel always review and then don't give you things (type of room needed, bad locations, smoking etc). Resort fees that are always a surprise and cause the budget to be out of line.”

• Comfortable rooms plus customer service.
• That I had to play an extra 24 dollars extra for usage of service which I didn't even use.

“It's ok for a stay but the parking was too far away from an entrance to the hotel. You had to walk a long way. Its hard with smaller children.”

• The beds were amazing! Great night sleep after a long day.
• There was a resort fee for things that we didn't even use.

“Overall the hotel was great. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. They pride themselves in a good night sleep and that is evident! They did charge a resort fee for shuttle, newspaper and internet access and there was no free breakfast. I felt that fee was useless for us but overall would stay again!”

• It was clean and friendly.
• The icemaker was broken on our floor for all 4 days.

“Overall, the hotel met or exceeded my expectation. It was clean the staff were very helpful and overall it was well worth it. One issue I was not informed of beforehand was the twelve dollar a night resort fee that I was informed about when I checked in. Despite this small issue I would recommend this hotel to a friend.”

• The friendly and helpful staff.
• Construction noise in upper floors, but it was manageable.

• Cleanliness.
• Parking is really inconvenient.

“The Crown Plaza Garden Grove is a solid 3 star business class hotel. A little far from the attractions in Anaheim. The hotel is clean and the staff is always friendly. Parking is a hassle. You might get one of the few spots in the front of the hotel, otherwise prepare for a bit of a walk.”

• Very nice hotel rooms. Comfortable beds.
• Solicitation phone calls to the hotel room.

“Overall, our stay was a great experience. Our only complaints were the cleaning people knocking on the door at 8 a.m. continuously and receiving solicitation calls twice to attend a vacation/timeshare presentation being held at the hotel. Otherwise, few issues, nice hotel.”

• Omelet's made to order included in breakfast buffet.
• Self parking a long way from hotel entrance.

“Hotel is convenient to Disneyland, right on Harbor Blvd. Rooms are excellent. Breakfast buffet selection was very good and included omelet's made to order. Meeting rooms, business center and internet access available. Resort charge only $12 includes parking, internet and use of all facilities.”

• Very clean, and centrally located.
• Parking was difficult to find on a Saturday night.

“Overall we had a pleasant stay. My wife and kids loved the pool and sauna. Even during the cool evening hours it was pleasant to swim in the heated pool. I am very likely to return.”

“Nice and clean hotel; the walls seemed thin as we could hear our neighbors; the game room and exercise room were small; internet access was a plus, although the business center room was small as well. The shuttle to Disneyland was crowded during busy times, such as after the fireworks, but was otherwise good.”

• Frequent shuttle, food and shopping near by, great location, very comfortable room.
• No complaints, but it's not walking distance to Disney.

“I highly recommend this hotel. We spent 3 nights there while we visited Disneyland over memorial day. The hotel was completely booked when we arrived and very busy, but the staff was friendly and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable and with a decent view. Its not walking distance from Disney, but the shuttle comes and goes from hotel to Disney every 30 minutes, from 30 min before opening till almost an hour after Disneyland closes. There's a target right across the street which is convenient if you forget things like, oh, pants like I did. Pool was clean and heated, as was the hot tub. I didn't eat at the restaurant for lack of time, but it looked very inviting. Ever though the hotel was filled to capacity, our room was quite and we were never bothered by noise from neighbors. Oh, and the little gift to help you sleep was a nice touch (CD, eye mask, scent for pillows). There is a resort fee for pool use, self parking and shuttle, but at just $12 a day, it saves you money as otherwise you'd have to walk or drive to Disney and park. I would definitely return to this hotel. Very pleased with our stay.”

“I stayed this hotel 2 nights. My room had left over in a refrigerator, and bath mat had some stain and hair. So I called the front to requested to clean up. I called 3 times, but they didn't show up over 30 min. And more they didn't say any sorry. I complained to the general manager. He apologized and presented the ticket of breakfast. But this breakfast wasn't good. Moreover this hotel required the resort fee ($12/day). In addition, the target on front of the hotel doesn't have fully foods.”
