  • The room stayed very dark in the morning. Could not check out via the TV , it was not working properly.

“Walking into the room, the room looked nice.”

  • It was not the kind of suite we expected. We wanted our bedroom to be seperate from the kids.

“The locatation was great for Disneyland but the room left no privacy for my husband and me. We were expecting a suite to have a private bedroom for the adults. No romance.”

  • Conveniently located.

“The hotel was very nice if you are going to Disneyland. It is very family friendly. And there are a lot of things to do to keep kids entertained, like an arcade on the third floor.”

  • Staff was
excellent, clean, lots of help when needed
    and
    friendly.
  • I was pleased with the whole place, nothing not to like!

“Location to Disneyland outstanding, friendly staff, good housekeeping, accessible laundry, pop and ice machines (on each floor) and
can see the fireworks from Disneyland. The childrens' TV and toy area was excellent. Kept my scooter charged and housed on the first floor for me. Nice pool for adults and children, great hot tub. Comprehensive gift shop. Overall a most positive experience.”

  • Comfortable beds.

“I was greeted the moment I stepped into the hotel by a very nice staff, and it was at 3:30 in the morning. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was wonderful and I will be staying at this hotel again next time I go to Disneyland.”

  • Close proximity to Disneyland.
  • 16 minute wait on hold when I tried to contact the hotel. No parking!

“A ton of better values all around this hotel. Don't be fooled by the Marriot name. Stay somewhere else for cheaper like next door at the Ramada.”

  • The room was always very cool air conditioning was cranked.
  • Spouse called for room service and front desk repeatedly never got an answer.

“The room was better than most I refuse to stay in a hotel. It was very plain considering it was directly across from Disneyland but I preferred it. the only thing my husband and I didn't like was the fact that we tried to call down for room service for like a half hour and down to the front desk and neither ever answered so we gave up and went down to the lobby to go find someone to point us in the direction of a restaurant and there was no one at the front desk but, they were all down the strip so it wasn't too big of a deal. Other than that they have military friendly pricing and are literally across the street from the entrance to Disneyland, California adventure, and board walk also if you get a room in the front of the hotel they have the best view of the fireworks from the top floor. And, the lobby is kid friendly which is a plus for the next time we take our twins with us. And the rooms have a sofa bed which is economical to keep small kids with you conveniently. We will definitely be back.”

  • Able to walk to Disneyland park.
  • No microwave oven in room.

“Everything was great, room was very clean. We stayed 5 days and on our return from wherever we went the room was always clean. Only 1 thing I didn't like, there was no microwave oven in the room, I had to go to 3rd floor to use the one in the pizza area, with two little ones it is no fun having to go up and down. I will recommend this motel to my friend.”

  • Good location. Great room with 2 queens and a pull-out twin/sofa chair.
  • We were told by hotel staff that it was directly across street from Disneyland. It's actually about a block away. Long walk for older adults.

“Nice rooms. Able to see fireworks from Disneyland at night from the room. Clean and affordable.”

  • The bed and location are awesome!
  • There is not enough parking.

“We went to the Fairfield Inn on a friend's recommendation. We almost decided on the Howard Johnson, which is located a little further down the street, but are really glad we didn't as they are a little too far after a long day at Disney. Myself, husband and two kids (ages 8 and 10) stayed at the Fairfield Inn for four nights and the location is great, just a short walk to Disney. The best place to view the fireworks is the 9th floor. The check in/out was fine, nothing special about the front desk staff. The hotel is clean and inviting with really soft comfortable beds that are great after a long day. The lemonade and lemon water in the lobby was great, loved that after a swift walk. The maid service was great and cleaned our room every day. One thing that is not great is the parking! There are not enough spaces, which we found out after attending the Medieval Times late show arriving back around 9:30 pm. So don't move your car if you don't have too, but the Medieval Times was worth the hassle, it's awesome, the kids are still talking about that! We plan on visiting Disney again and will definitely stay here.”

  • Clean, friendly staff, convenient to Disneyland, very accommodating to our needs.
  • Nothing.

“Close to the park, nice, friendly staff, very anxious to help We arrived at the hotel and 9:30 AM and planned on leaving our bags in the check room until later when we could check in, instead they told us we could have a room on the main floor and could check in immediately, what a nice surprise. I will use this hotel whenever possible and would recommend it to anyone.”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[9] • Location:[10]

  • Very quiet, walls must be block. Could not here guests in other rooms.
  • Parking is at a premium. Hard to find a spot to park in evening.

“Nice hotel for family going to Disney Land. No frills, but the rooms are a good size compared to the other hotels directly across the street from Disney.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[7] • Location:[10]

  • It was exactly what we needed: affordable, clean, walking distance to Disneyland.
  • Parking was difficult.

“The Fairfield Inn is not luxurious, but it was exactly what we were looking for: it was clean, comfortable, affordable, and only 2 blocks from the entrance to Disneyland and California Adventure, so that we could walk to the park in less than 10 minutes. If I planned to spend a lot of time at the hotel I'd probably have stayed at a more luxurious one, but it served our needs nicely on this occasion, since it was simply a place to sleep.”

Cleanliness:[6] • Staff:[8] • Location:[5]

  • Location was close to Disneyland.
  • Room was far from elevator, not upscale at all.

“I wouldn't stay here again. The room was just ok and it had a horrible view of I-5 although not noisy. It was close to Disneyland but further away than I like to stay. Nothing about it spoke luxury to me. Loved the closeness to Mimi's Restaurant, but Millie's Restaurant was not very good.”
