“I was very pleased with this hotel. The rooms was large, the bathroom was large, the maid service was excellent. The continental breakfast was more than adequate. The only complaint I could possibly make was the limited amount of parking. That did not affect our trip, but it could have been an issue. I was very happy and would definitely stay there again.”

“Clean hotel in a great location! Staff was friendly and honest. I left my purse and they turned it in with no missing items. Loved the wood floor instead of carpet, it makes it seem cleaner.”

“Location was second to none! Straight across the road from Disneyland. Fantastic views into the parks from the balcony. It also had a rooftop pool which was superb. Very clean with padded sun loungers to lie on. Excellent value for money.”

“We were there with three young children to go to Disneyland. The location was great--right across the street from the main entrance & within walking distance to several restaurants. The hotel rooms were clean and attractive, and I really liked all the plants and flowers on the exterior. The staff was friendly and helpful. I guess my only complaints would be first: the breakfast was not that great (if you want cold cereal & milk, bring your own), and second: the rooms had wood floors instead of carpet which proved to be a nightmare after our trip to the beach. All in all though, this is a nice hotel and one of the best options if you want to avoid taking a shuttle back and forth to Disneyland.”

“Very clean, newly remodeled, and extremely convenient to Disneyland (easy walking distance). Our room had a microwave and a larger than usually refrigerator (helpful for families traveling with several small children or babies). I will stay here again.”

“Our stay in this hotel was pleasant but I didn't think it should have a 3 star rating. The free breakfast offered by the hotel is nothing fancy, in fact I feel it is lacking. The staff was friendly and helpful. The telephone did not work in our room, which was inconvenient. The proximity to the Disneyland resort is the best thing about the resort. About a 5 minute walk is all it takes to the front gates of the parks. I probably would stay here again because it is so close to the parks.”

“The hotel was very close to Disneyland resort. I was hoping to be able to use internet but there was a .95 charge for 24 hours of internet use. Outgoing calls were .75 cents per call.”

“Recommended hotel for travelers especially with young children to visit Disneyland. Convenient location and the family are able to rest and revisit the park in the night. Also good pickup point at the nearby bus stop for travelers to visit other theme parks and nearby States e.g. Las Vegas etc. Breakfast spread is good and the bedroom is well equipped and clean. Cheers!”

“Very convenient to Disneyland guests and a clean nice looking hotel moderately priced I have always stayed next door and I have always looked at the carousel and thought that place looks nice so I tried it not realizing that there are no parking spots I had to park my vehicle in the road for 2 days that I was there I am sure that vehicles get damaged quite often because of this I did receive 2 scratches in the rear possibly from the workers around the hotel there is some renovation going on and the hotel staff had me park right next to a pallet of bricks I am sure this is where it came from but I don't mind the small scratches so I did not complain to the management. The staff of this hotel is what kept me happy they are very nice and did everything they could to deal with the parking situation. I would recommend this hotel just go into it knowing the parking is almost non existent.”

“This hotel is wonderful. It is approximately an 8 minute walk from the lobby to the turnstiles at Disneyland. They have a gorgeous breakfast room with a nice view of the parks across the street. The staff was friendly, we were able to check-in at 9 am, and just come back to get a key at the desk at 1 am after the park closed. There was a little bit of construction going on, so it was a little loud in the morning. It seems that many parking spaces were taken with construction materials, though we had no problem finding a space. I believe the construction is scheduled to be done sometime in October 2006. The rooms are beautiful with a nice armoire enclosing the TV, refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom area has a door to the toilet and tub, as well as a sliding door to close off the vanity area, creating three separate spaces for changing clothes, etc. I definitely plan on staying here again.”

“This hotel which had recently been refurbished with microwave, fridge and coffee maker, was very clean and comfortable, with as much as you can eat continental breakfast thrown in, and directly opposite the Disney theme parks, provided excellent value for money. I was part of a group of two families, and we also stayed in 4 star hotels in New York and Las Vegas, before finishing off our holiday in Anaheim, and we all said that we had enjoyed our stay at the Carousel Inn and Suites the most. We are hoping to do a tour of the USA again for our 25th wedding anniversary, and will definitely be returning to this superbly located hotel.”

“Location and the complimentry breakfast is the only thing that this motel has going for it. Even though the breakfast is limited to muffins, danishes, toast, oranges, apples, oatmeal, juices and coffee it was an added bonus which made the motel good value for your dollar. Housekeeping sucks, they didn't change the sheets or pillow cases and tried to tell us that they did but I marked my sheets and pillowcases with lipstick after our first night noticing that they didn't even clean our coffee pot. I complained to management and the housekeeper tried to say that she did change the bedding until I pulled the bed apart and pointed out the lipstick that I had marked. Motel is very run down and old. But again for the dollar and for the amount of time that you are actually in your room it was a good value but could have rated much better if housekeeping was done properly and staff were more plesant.”
