• The staff was very friendly and helpful.
• There was no continental breakfast and we had to pay for parking.

• Friendly and helpful staff.
• I am light sleeper and I can hear the non-stop Disney buses running all night because we are near a very busy intersection.

“The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for business travelers going to the Anaheim convention center. I did not eat at the hotel's restaurants since it did not seem appealing to me. However, there are a number of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Other than the hotel being located near a very busy intersection and hearing the constant roar of Disneyland buses going by - which is not helpful for light sleepers like me, you get a good bang for your buck. I suggest bringing ear plugs and having a room that faces away from Convention Way and Harbor Blvd.”

• It was perfect for what I was looking for in my travels.
• The handle in the shower came of in the shower.

“I was looking for a hotel last minute for a trip to Disneyland on New Years Day. I found the Clarion three days before my trip. When I got there the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful”

“This hotel is good for moderate people and family. Breakfast is expensive. Overall, my hotel stays was right for the money.”

• Nice suite with view, good access.
• 2 cups of coffee cost $5 in restaurant. Parking lot was poorly laid out.

• It was nice, clean and friendly.
• They were renovating the parking lot and we had to pay $30 to park in the back. We would have liked a microwave - even for a rental fee.

“The people were friendly. Housekeeping was wonderful and responded quickly when my son locked the bathroom door (no one was inside). They also responded quickly when we requested extra pillows.”

• This hotel was walking distance to Disneyland.
• The hotel charges ten dollars to park in the hotel parking lot.

“The hotel has a very good location, is easy to walk to Disneyland. Has a restaurant and room serve. The only thing I didn't like had to pay $10.00 a day to park. But overall I liked the hotel.”

• I liked the close proximity to Disneyland.
• The staff wasn't friendly or very helpful. The refrigerator wouldn't get cold. The remote control was broken. Not impressive!

“This hotel is in a prime location for travelers who plan to visit Disneyland. However, one staff (and there were only two) seemed overwhelmed, rushed and short with the guests. Upon check-in I was told that I'd be given a non-smoking room and was placed in smoking (because "there weren't any other rooms available"). However, once I complained because my children are asthmatic, they miraculously found the non-smoking room that I was promised upon check-in. I'd brought food that I had to keep in my cooler because the refrigerator wouldn't get cold. The remote control was broken. Overall, the room was below average. Wouldn't recommend this hotel.”
