• The balcony overlooking the pool was awesome.
• Noisy neighbors and no chairs in the balcony.

• Nice size TV in room and easy access power strip for camcorder use.
• Had to pay extra for parking.

• Very clean room and very close to our destination.
• They charge a 20 dollar a night fee for parking your vehicle, failed to mention this in the description.

• Staff was good.
• Beds are too small not queens more like full or little bigger than twin and parking is expensive.

“This hotel is nice. It is worth the price we paid. I would not pay the regular hotel rate to stay here. The staff was great. This hotel is located right next to the Convention Center. I didn't check to see if there was a convention in town. That was a huge mistake. The hotel was so crowded. The people staying there at the time were rude, loud and inconsiderate. We had to move rooms due to the noise they were making. The pool was crowded with kids screaming as loud as they could until 11pm. Then the kids next to us were pounding on the railing outside. The parents didn't tell them to stop or quiet down. They did it until 11pm and then again at 6:45am. I went downstairs and told them and asked to be moved. They did move us and our stay was much better after that.”

• Close to Disneyland. Rooms clean. Big TV.
• Parking fee and not free shuttle to Disneyland

“A very nice Marriott. The staff was friendly and helpful at check in and answered all our questions. Would have liked free shuttle to Disneyland. Its less than a mile, but costs $4. Seems excessive. We were given a discount on parking, but I'm not sure why.”

• Location was good, Starbucks was onsite and pizza for quick bite.
• $20 parking charge, freezing pool and boiling spa (neither refreshing), double beds and bathroom were too small.

“The two double beds did not accommodate four adults, so one of us slept on the floor. The pool area was nice, but not usable as the water was freezing, and the spa was boiling - everyone who came down to check it out were joking about how the maintenance crew for the pool/spa should be fired immediately. I have never stayed at a hotel that forced me to pay $20 just to park, this was very upsetting. We were told that we needed to wait another 1-2 hours for a view room before we could check-in, 3-hours later we were given a room on the 14th Floor with a view on another hotel.”

• Very comfortable rooms.
• Concierge was not helpful at all, she looked very annoyed.

“I have stayed here before and will stay again. Great hotel, great price, super comfortable, excellent location for those wanting to visit Disney. Room service is great for both adults and children.”

• The maid never cleaned the room, no towels

“I was nice and clean. I forgot to bring my wireless card and the hotel wanted 12.99 to use the internet. That is crazy. When are we going to just make it free because it has been paid for 100X over?”
