“The hotel was nice. It was right next to the convention center and across the street from the Disneyland parks.”

“The Hilton has just been remodeled (We were the first to be in the room after remodel) and it is so wonderful the beds are so comfortable and the design is perfect. The hotel staff even went so far as to connect my room with my daughters.”

“This was very pleasant, parking was expensive, it was 20 dollars a day, but valet was very nice. I'd go here again for sure.”

“The parking lot is a nightmare, and they charge you 15. The slowest elevators on the planet. I had to wait 10 minutes and 3 elevators just to leave this hotel. Food was ok but not good at all. Trust me we won't be back, and neither will the rest of our family.”

“Nice facility and a very helpful staff. The food service while expensive the food was very good. Cleanliness was good but did lack some in some areas, although they were doing some remodeling. The room I stayed in was good but could use some updating and a larger TV.”

“This hotel is nice but the carpet needs to be worked on and the food prices should be lower. I hate to leave the hotel for a snack.”

“Parking was $15 a night and it wasn't even convenient. Our rooms was outdated, hadn't been remodeled in probably 15 years, and there were no amenities in the room for such a hotel. Overall, would not suggest anyone with kids who are going to Disneyland to stay at hotel.”

“All in all the hotel stay was great. A couple problems had occurred like the shower head water was too hard and there was a leak in the light inside the bathroom. Other then that I had a great time there in room 5404.”

“I contacted the hotel asking for connecting rooms and an early check-in. I was told it would not be a problem. On the day of our check in my family and I arrived at roughly 8am. We were told our rooms were not ready but that they would be placed on the priority list for cleaning and we were assigned room numbers. During the course of the day I called the hotel 3 times. 11am, 2pm and 5pm, each time I was told that our rooms were not clean but were on the priority list for cleaning. Check in time for the hotel is 4pm, the rooms should have been clean by my 5pm call. After a very long day at Disneyland with our 2 small children, ages 2 and 1. We arrived at the hotel at roughly 7:45pm and was told that only one our rooms was clean. I was outraged! Basically I was lied to 3 times by the staff of the hotel. I asked the front desk clerk how many rooms that were not assigned to guests were cleaned instead of mine and she tried to talk around the question. After standing at the desk for 15min, she gave me the keys to the room that was clean and told me that a bellman would bring the keys to the second room as soon as the room was clean. Almost an hour later I called down to the desk to check on the keys and was told the room had been clean for some time and she forgot to send the keys up. When we walked in the room there were wet spots in several areas of the carpet and it did not smell very good.”

“Great location, close to all destinations we were attending. But, the beds were definitely too small and uncomfortable. Didn't get much sleep! Too bad, since we had long days. Needs some work, looks a bit run down.”

“Great hotel with many positives but the rooms on the ninth floor were outdated and the mattresses were broken down. There was a renovation going on so I am certain that change is coming so I would use this again anytime.”

“This Hilton did not live up to expectations. The staff was not overly friendly, the elevators (limited) broke down three times during our 1 night stay. The walls were very thin so every noise from other rooms and the hallway were extremely loud. Although the room was clean and nice, I would not stay again.”

“The Anaheim Hilton is a very convenient hotel if you're visiting the Disneyland Resort or the Anaheim Convention center. A tip if you're going to the Disneyland resort take the back exit out of the hotel near the gift shop entrance and walk the between the hotel and the convention center to Katella Ave and cross the street at the light. There is a small entrance gate where you can walk into the Timon Parking lot and take the tram up to the resort main gates. If not the Anaheim Resort Trolleys also stop in front of the hotel. Be prepared to pay $15 per day for self parking or $19 for Valet. You do get in and out privileges. Internet will run you $12.95/day or a 3 day package for $29. Overall my stay at the Anaheim was very pleasant when it came to the room and Amenities. Had it not been that there were thousands of cheerleaders staying there I probably would have enjoyed my stay more.”

“The staff was great and they didn't charge me for the remodeled room upgrade. It is connected to the convention center so check ahead to see who it is hosting. I shared my weekend with a ton of cheerleaders of all ages. I will check ahead next time so this doesn't happen again.”

“This was the 2nd time we have been to Anaheim Hilton. The lobby of the hotel is fine and looks like what you would think a Hilton to be. However both times we stayed there we were placed on a floor where the hall rug was worn and in some places frayed. The hallway walls have no decor, and the room itself, while just adequate. Looked more like a 2 star than a 4 star hotel room. The wall paper in the bathroom was starting to peel at the seams, the tub had a pipe sticking out of the ceiling, exposed through a hole that looked like it had just but cut out of the drywall. The walls and door were paper thin, and every sound was like it was happening in the room. And there is a $15 per day parking fee. Since this is the 2nd time I have been booked into this Hilton when I go to Disneyland, I may not use your service anymore. And my wife and I go to Disneyland at least 4-5 times per year, not to mention other trips we take (i.e. Vegas, east coast).”
