  • The cheap price.
  • It was not located conveniently to attractions.

“While we were there, some "spring break" group was there also. There was noise all night, if not from the pool area then from above and below us in the motel. The folks at the office didn't seem to know about the transportation system for getting to food and amusement sites.”
