• If I was going to Disneyland it might be ok. I wasn't. It was pretty bad.
• I felt as if I was in a foreign country and was weary when I arrived.

“Best thing about it is location, and this was featured as closest to Chapman. I wasn't going to Disneyland. Bed was very good. Other than that, pretty poor.”

• Staff was kind.
• No pool, Minimal accommodation, poor location.

“This hotel states it is a Disney "Main gate" hotel. It was at least a 2 mile walk with no shuttle or tram access. There was no pool. The parking was very inadequate for the number of rooms. They state continental breakfast which was 8 muffins for the whole hotel with thermos coffee, fake milk and OJ. We will not stay there again.”

• Clean rooms, coffee maker, tub, nice staff, good price.
• Parking lot was kind of small.

“We liked the rooms and were very pleased. Staff was nice. Spa was nice also. The location was a little of a walk from Disneyland, not too bad. The price was good for the 4 days we were there and worth it. Coffee maker and tubs and being downstairs was a major plus for us. We'd stay there again if we come back to Disneyland.”

• We went to Disneyland and they gave me the key before check in so wouldn't have to check in at 12 am in the morning.
• Not enough parking spaces.

• Quiet.
• Very run down, no hot water not walking distance to Disney.

“It advertised "In walking distance to Disney" Not even close, it's on the other side of freeway!! Also, we had no hot water in the morning so was unable to shower. Workers did not speak English. Had to pay for ice machine.”

• The beds where like sleeping on pieces of ply wood.

“For the money it was ok. I would not recommend it. The owners were not friendly and the beds were absolutely horrifying. You would have a better night sleep on the street.”

• The interior of the room was nice, and the blinds made the room nice and dark.
• Loud, lots of traffic, incompetent service, and smelled a bit like mold.

“When I first arrived I was ignored at the front desk for quite a while, then once I gave her my info. she had me sign a statement.”

• It was close to work and cheaper.
• Despite the Do Not Disturb sign outside, my door was knocked on a lot.

“I had a unique situation where I needed someplace to sleep during the day so I could go to work that night. It worked well for my needs. I just wasn't happy with the fact that I had to wake up in the middle of the day to answer my door that was being pounded on.”

• Parking lot very narrow.

“Very clean and very close to Disneyland. Hotel had a couple of things wrong but not any worse than any other hotel normal were.”

• Guest staff was nice & gave us a ride to Disneyland.
• Loud.

“When arriving at the hotel we notice dust all over our stuff. We located the origin on the top rack of where we placed our luggage. On night one, there were loud parties all night long. We didnt get any sleep. On night 2 we came back to the hotel from Disneyland tired and were kept awake all night by people banging on doors and again parties. We basically got no sleep the entire time we were there.”

• Good pressure in the shower.
• Very noisy and hard beds.

“For a cheap place near Disneyland to just wash up and sleep, it is fine; if you want to spend anytime in your hotel room, this is not the place to stay.”

• Close to Disneyland - about a block.
• The parking in this hotel was pretty tight.

“This hotel is very close to Disneyland which is where my family, and I went for the day. I really didn't expect mush for $50 a night. It served its purpose. The room was hot and muggy when we got there. We were also welcomed by a huge cockroach when we walked in the door. Not a great first impression. I probably will never stay there again.”

• A lot of music channels on TV.
• It was not choice, the hotel I booked was overbooked. So, really would not choose it to stay at.

“If you like cheap motels this is it. Very low end. Not some place I would choose to stay at again. Better off at a best western.”

“we could not walk to the parks through the employee parking lot, but could walk out. All staff was friendly. the room was perfect, clean and decent size, fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. no bathtub only shower. if you plan on spending your time in the parks this is the right hotel for you.”

• Filthy, horrible service, we checked out 3 days early!

“We took photos of the horrible conditions of the room, pool, etc! We forfeited our money and spent new money to go to a hotel that was clean, and accommodating! We could not even get a "remote" for the TV that worked! Ripped bedding, broken and exposed air conditioner, cracked, filthy tile, filthy hot tub, horrible! We asked for a refund from you and hope you will be in touch! We are not happy and travel all time.”

• Location to Disneyland. Clean room, comfortable bed, hot water for a shower.
• Can't think of anything I didn't like.

“The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was cleaned every day with new towels, vacuumed etc. My sister was staying at a high end hotel down the street and she had to request clean towels for every day of her week stay. My parking was free, hers she had to pay for. Overall value was great.”
