“ This hotel is close to Disneyland and has a shuttle to the park every 20 minutes which is great if you are going there. The rooms leave a bit to be desired and need updating and more lighting (dark in there). The bed seemed lumpy and I don't know how they did that. The TV was small, but the room was large in size. They also tried to give us 2 queens, and we only got the king in a handicap accessible room and I don't know if that made it bigger, or worse, but it wasn't so nice. ”

“It was loud with paper thin walls, uncomfortable beds. It wasn't terrible. decent for the priceline price.”

“I enjoyed the hotel and the grounds were very nice. It was very close to Disneyland and easy to get to. I did not like that the first morning I was there the pool music woke my son and I up at 8am and the resort fee was a bit of a surprise when I checked out.”

“Rooms were nice, convenient location. Clean and tidy. The front desk was extrememly rude to us and for that reason I would not return. Would much rather drive a bit more to have friendly staff greet us.”

“Everything was great, except the $10 "resort fee" which should be clearly advertised in the rate.”

“The room was clean and the grounds were well kept. The location to Disneyland is great.
I do not like the "hidden" resort fees of $10 per day. If they charge this fee to every customer and they say they do then they should put it in the rate for the room.”

“From the moment that I checked in, I was very upset because I was charged $10 a day for parking. I was also charged an additional $10 just to have a tiny refrigerator put in my room, which barely holds anything, except for a few water bottles. I needed the refrigerator because I have 2 small children. The restaurant was not very good either. They didn't have what I wanted to order and what I got did not taste good at all.”

“Checked in late, left early the next morning so didn't see a lot of the hotel, but for the price, the room was very clean and comfortable.”

“The hotel said it was a 3 star hotel. All rooms had to be reached via outside hallways. There was a 11.00 per night resort fee which they didn't tell you about before. The staff were very slow and not very helpful. They acted like you were putting them out! It was very close to Disneyland.”

“I felt like they really didn't want us as guests at the Priceline rate they accepted to get my business. At check in hotel asked me to initial that I would pay a resort fee of $10 per day. I refused telling them I was not informed about this fee and they agreed. I did not have to pay. When I saw my bill it was added. I had to ask them to remove which they did. Also I had to request clean towels each day of my stay. They left no towels at all. Also had to ask for sugar/cream for the coffee each day. They refilled the coffee only. I would not consider this a 3 star hotel and would not stay there again.”

“The hotel appeared clean. The worst thing is the fire alarm goes while taking a shower. The front desks just laughs & tells you to turn on the air conditioner (it was on) to keep that from happening. No one could rest when someone was taking a shower.”
