• Room smelled like an ashtray and tiles were missing from bathroom floor.

“Good location, across from beach. Very overpriced for the quality of the rooms.”

great place for a night on your way someplace else I wouldn't choose to stay long term. Small pool. They had a continental breakfast, sand chairs and toys, newspapers. Fine for a 2 star.”

• This was a great location right at a crosswalk and straight to beach access.
• I think it mentioned oceanview but there really wasn't once which didn't take anything away from the hotel though.

“This was a great stay for us. The staff was super friendly they were very helpful in finding us directions when we decided to venture out. The ice machine wasn't working properly during our stay the staff made sure to always have enough ice in a cooler for the guests. Nice breakfast area which included toast, muffins, fruit and oatmeal. Great light start to a day at the beautiful beach. I would strongly recommend this hotel.”

• It was nice being very close to the beach.
• Not very much services next to the hotel.

“The hotel facility was good parking in the main lot was tough although there was another lot across the street.”

• The price was good for the value received.
• No hot water and I couldn't take a shower.

“Not enough water pressure, only cold water when they worked on the boiler. The boiler was supposed to be fixed by 3pm. After 5pm, it still wasn't working and I had to leave for a flight.”

• Clean, big rooms.
• Only one parking pass per room, not enough parking.

“I was only in the hotel for 10 hours, most of which I was asleep. It was nice and clean. Decent continental breakfast. The room was bigger than I had expected.”

• 11am checkout, clean, a mini Marriott but still a comfortable place to stay.
• Nothing, they do a nice job, good location, clean sheets.

“Saturday night stay, checked in, rested for about an hour on the bed, comfortable, bathroom clean and bright, left room around 10:30am since check out was generously till 11am. ”
