• People were in the pool way, after hours and noisy.

• The bed was comfortable.
• For the price, this was a very disappointing hotel. No frills.

• Far exceeded expectations. Very relaxing and enjoyable. Almost didn't want to leave the hotel.
• Can't think of anything.

“Clean and comfortable room with a marvelous pool/courtyard and lobby facilities. Excellent breakfast though not included in the price of the room. The hotel was so enjoyable we were tempted to just stay there rather than go touring.”

“Good hotel but not being able to obtain a print out of my bill is very poor business. Even Marriott rewards could not send me a copy of my bill. This is sad business!”

• The room was really nice and had lots of fluffy pillows, better than some 3/4 stars, yet didn't have to valet park or pay extra for parking.
• It had a bad odor and we couldn't open the windows, The towels smelt bad, too and were scratchy.

“I really liked the room, and the bedding was very comfortable, as were the 4 or 5 soft pillows on each bed. I woke up to a very strong odor of breakfast cooking, though, and couldn't open the windows to air out the room. Normally that would be a good smell, but the eggs were overpowering and just made me feel sick. Also, the towels smelled bad and were rough. They should use a nice softener on them to freshen and soften them. The only other negative thing was that the lack of enough close parking. There were spaces nearby, but they were full, so we had to park far away. But other than those inconveniences, the hotel was nice as were the employees. It was in a good location, too. Safe area, close to freeways, beaches, and not far from Disneyland either.”

• I loved Customer service, they are wonderful, and the hot tub seprate from pool!
• Pool and hot tub should be open 24 hours

• Nice room and the beds were very comfortable to sleep in.
• I would have liked to be notified about any special breakfast prices.

“This hotel was very quiet and restful. We all were very tired so we were very happy to get a good night of rest. This place was very quiet and the furniture was very nice, the beds were sofet and there was a nice pool as well.”

“the hotel page promised free wireless internet access, however, wireless is on a paid service, and was only available in the lobby, plus, the free wireless access in the hotel room never worked.”

• It was our bad luck that we've experienced this event

“On Friday night at approx 1:30am we were awaken by noises made by a big group of people partying in room #126. They've even knocking our door. We've been patient and waited until 2:15 to report to management and at approx 2:30 police has been summoned to disperse the group and restore peace. ”

• I liked the location of this hotel.
• For a 3-Star hotel I feel that they should have at least provided hand lotion in the bathroom.

“The Marriott Courtyard was somewhat of a disappointment to me. I had previously stayed at a 3-star hotel in Anaheim with comfortable beds and nice quality soaps and lotions in the bathroom. My room had a lumpy bed and only a low quality shampoo in the bathroom. It met the needs of an overnight stay, but I would not have wanted to be there more than one night.”

• Excellent location off I-405, very clean & quiet, comfortable beds, lots of pillows, newspaper, pleasant staff, great price!
• No complaints

“We enjoyed every aspect of our 6 day stay. It was so convenient to relatives in Huntington Beach and we always found a place to park near our hallway. The room was very clean, with 3 sets of fresh towels each day, about 10 pillows(!), and a really comfortable bed and blanket. We had a nice breakfast one morning, too. We'd stay there again.”

“Convenient location by I-405 but highway noise is well insulated. Friendly staff. All furnishing appears to be recently remodeled and indeed very, very nice. My only complaint is the closet a bit smaller than usual.”

• It was very close to the freeway which made getting around very easy.
• The bed was very hard.

“The location was great, the staff was pleasant, the hotel and room were clean. Overall it was a nice place to stay. Our only complaint was the hardness of the bed.”
