• I loved the room, it had three beds. Plenty of room for myself and four children. Very spacious, the fridge and microwave were a great help with kids.

“The room we stayed in was very spacious with three beds and two rooms. Two TV's, awesome!”

• They did their best.
• Lots of things missing from room.

“Overall it was OK. Had to get towels, Kleenex, wash towels. etc. They were missing from the room. breakfast was good. Room coffee was horrible, but morning coffee a plus.”

• Office staff was friendly! Randy was an awesome host!
• Room had beer bottles under the bed. Room smelled bad.

“When we arrived at the room, the room smelled of body odor. We found out that there were beer bottles under the bed the next day. We went to Knott's Berry Farm the next day and arrived to an un-cleaned room. The office staff quickly moved us to another room. Randy assisted me in printing tickets for Medieval Times and helped me with internet problems. He was very helpful! The location was great, just a block away from Knott's! My wife and I are definitely going back to this hotel. They had problems but quickly fixed them all!”

• Good location.
• Terrible staff.

“Staff member in the front desk was very rude and not professional. He tried to kick us out of our room because we had a guest over and said we we went over the capacity. We told him our guest was leaving and he still refused to let us have our room back. Then I asked for a refund for the night and he said he couldn't over and over again. I asked him to speak with his manager and he refused to contact them. He also kept lying over and over again about numerous things. About an hour and a half after arguing with him he decided to call his manager. He gave me the phone and the manager told us we could go back to the room instantly. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone!”

• Location.
• A lot of work needs to be done on this place.

“The location and price was great. Just minutes from KBF/soak City and about 15 to Disney. Traveling with my 7 year and we only used the room to shower and sleep. The hotel was clean and quiet on the nights I stayed. I did have to change rooms when my door would not close - the bracket came off the frame. New room smelled a bit stale (smoke), shower button was raw metal, toilet tank did not always refill. Overall, for the price and convenience, it was fine.”

• Staff, room, cleanliness.

“The worst stay I have ever have anywhere. There was what looked like nasal discharge smeared on the wall. The washer and dryer are outdoors not in a room. We got the iron and board about 8:30 p.m. to use, the desk clerk told us to keep it until the morning. The next thing we know we get a phone call waking us up at 10 p.m. to bring it to the office, someone needed it. I found it very rude to call so late.”

• It was close to the attraction we wanted to visit.
• It was kind of shabby.

“The hotel was walking distance from the park, and we knew we would pretty much be there just to sleep. It was, for the most part, clean, but the room was a bit cramped. We were unable to obtain any extra pillows. Checking in and out was fine, and we needed to make an emergency trip to a mall, which was also in walking distance. I would recommend this place if you're not looking for anything fancy, and don't plan on spending a lot of time in your room.”

• Convenient where I wanted to be.
• An open area of the bathroom baseboard missing brings bugs in.

“This hotel was supposedly a two star hotel but I much disagree the appearance and overall feel was disgusting. I feel much more comfortable in a Motel 6 and I thought the Days Inn was a 2 star hotel.”

• Easy freeway access.
• Noisy, rundown, not very clean, holes in the walls & the worse was the towels that had become grey with age.

“Sound level from the common areas was very noisy. The building was showing its age & is in need of basic care. The holes in the walls made you really feel as thought the place had seen better days. It is also time to replace the very old & very used grey towels that I am sure at one time were white.”

• Clean, excellent heater.
• Phone and hair dryer did not work, towels felt starched.

“While the location was great relative to knots berry farm and freeways and the motel were very clean, it was also run down. While not very expensive, it was by no means a bargain given the poor condition of the room (broken phone and hair dryer) and of the motel generally.”

• Peaceful, serene, and quiet.
• Some children roaming around.

“It's a good stay for a little while, for three nights only. P.s. Comment for the super shuttle service, the shuttle was late and I was sent to the airport by my friend. I hope someday the shuttle service should be on time. I didn't ride the shuttle can I have a refund?”

• Location was convenient, but we felt unsafe there.
• No clock, iron or coffee pot. Toilet would not flush.

“We usually always stay in economy hotels with our children. We don't expect much, but this was the worst place we've ever stayed. It was dirty and we felt unsafe. We could only flush the toilet every 4 hours or so. We asked for it to be repaired, but over 4 days, it never was. Beds were very hard, and front desk never answered the phone. Our last night, someone knocked on the door and ran from about 2-4:30 am at about 20 minute intervals. Do not recommend!”

• Great location with everything near by (stores, attractions, etc.)
• Unfriendly services, room not very clean & smells of cigarette & mold/mildew, mattresses are sunken in & carpet extremely filthy.

“Although the location of this inn is great and the price we paid for to stay there for 2 nights was reasonable, I wouldn't really recommend this place to anyone unless there's no other choice. Staff wasn't very friendly and when my family and I first got the room, it smelled really bad, there were "used" towels from the previous guests, microwave had a huge crack in it, cable was always off & on, our socks and feet got extremely dirty from walking on the carpet for a short time and there was mold/mildew growing in the ac unit. Also the pillows and bed sheets smelt as if it hadn't been washed for a while.”

• I liked having a fridge in the room.
• There were scary people staying there, the door frame was busted up, the T.V. reception was horrible.

“The people that worked there were friendly but the T.V. reception and channels were awful. The door frames was busted up and there were people that looked as though they lived in their car and did illegal things to make a living staying in the room next to us.”

• I did not like much about the hotel.
• They were renovating the hotel.

“As we drove into the hotel parking lot, all of the contents of the rooms on the bottom floor were in the walkway of the hotel's bottom floor. That really surprised us. The hotel manager informed us that they were remodeling the hotel's first floor. As we stepped into our room, it smelled. And as we went to sleep on one of the queen size beds, we had to switch beds because there was a wetness from the foot of the first bed. I would not recommend this hotel.”
