• The pool was very nice and the room was very nice.
• The pool area didnt have any towels. The restaurants manager was very rude.

“Very nice hotel. Nice views if you are on the floor level by the pool. Bathroom smelled a little to much of cleaning agent, but the room was very nice and clean. Had a great night sleep. Hotel staff was very nice and helpfull especialy the front desk. Had a little mix up with the kids eat free deal, but the restaurant manager did not handle the situation well at all. Food was great.”

• Convenient location to freeway.
• Noisy,
  were on third floor facing courtyard, but could clearly hear laughing and carrying on my inconsiderate guests at 11 PM.

“Except for inconsiderate guests and loud noises (doors slamming, loud talking in the hallways, etc.) the hotel stay was comfortable and as expected.”

• The pool was nice (family oriented) & close to the Knott's and Disney.
• It's right by the free way. A little noisy not too bad though.

“The hotel was nice, clean and good service. It was great for my traveling group (small children, parents and husband). The rooms were a good size.”

• The location was convenient for our destination.
• Dirty, smelled, room keys broke repeatedly, staff unaccommodating, facilities in poor condition.

“The room smelled like filth. There was the same trash by our door for three days. The sink drain backed up. The door keys lost their programming on us twice. The handle on the door to get into the building was broken and there was exposed metal. Totally unsafe.”

• Quality, cleanliness, comfortable, excellent staff.
• Entrance a little difficult to get in.

“I would stay at this location again, and not have a problem recommending it to my friends and family. Clean, excellent staff, definitely a three star hotel.”

• Great heated pool and hot tub!
• The hallways are dark, accentuated by dark carpets.

“Great location, appreciated the free shuttle to Disney and knots. Wish it was more frequent through out the day, loved the pool area, the pool patio needs refinishing, friendly staff, and would be good to offer complimentary breakfast like the Hampton Inn next door.”

• It was clean and convenient for our purposes.
• We were going to be charged extra for a roll away bed. It was comped.

“The hotel knew that we were traveling with 2 children. They still, however, gave us a room with 1 king bed. Our 7 yr. old had to sleep with us and our 12 yr. old had to sleep on a roll away bed. To us, this wasn't acceptable.”

• There were no refrigerators.

“As senior and experienced travelers we were very pleased with this hotel. Beds were comfortable. Hotel was quiet with a very pretty courtyard with pool and hot tub.”

“Down the street from Knotts not walking distance, but quick drive. The hotel was very clean. I felt comfortable staying there with my 11 year old son.”

• Our room was dirty!

“When arriving and entering the hotel it appears to be very nice and a 3 or 4 star but when entering our room it was not clean and very outdated.”

• The bathroom tile.
• Could hear rattling and banging from the hall and also the freeway.

“It is within walking distance of Knotts, clean, and nice pool area and reception. The walls must be thin because we hear loud clatter from the halls. It is next to the freeway and we could hear the freeway from our 2nd floor room, but tolerable.”

• Hotel was clean.
• Loud freeway traffic noise in room. Poor communication from hotel staff.

“Buena Park Holiday Inn like many other Holiday Inns around the country was built right next to a major freeway. Traffic noise is a problem at all hours of the day and night in rooms facing the freeway. Holiday Inn can easily remedy this problem by installing double-pane windows. I requested to be moved, and two days in a row the morning front desk crew failed to communicate my request to the evening front desk crew which forced me to repeat my request multiple times. I gave up on the third day realizing the hotel staff was simply ignoring my complaint. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, nor will I ever stay in this hotel again.”

• Good location for local attractions, access to major roads, easy parking.
• Stingy with towels at pool (no replenished regularly) and room. Very unresponsive front desk.

“Very decent property that did not detract from the overall enjoyment of our vacation. Well situated to local attractions and restaurants. Easy highway access to get around town. Staff very competent but not overly friendly or welcoming.”

• Good insulation.
• No in room frig for milk.

“Thought it was great there were at least 3 buses full of teens, I think they were all on our floor, we never even heard them the rooms were very quiet. It was especially nice I in return did not have to worry so much about my 3 year old making too much noise. Would only have liked a frig for my sons milk. would go back for sure.”

• I really liked the large heated pool.
• Accessibility to the hotel is not good.

“I was very pleased with the service that I was provided with and the shuttle service. I was not happy that the restaurant was closed for dinner and was told that I could take my child into the bar to eat (children not allowed in that environment).”

• I am sorry. This was the first bad experience so far.
• The room was smelling very bad. No maintenance/ cleanliness.
