• The bathroom was clean.
• Location, traffic, noise, parking lot had no lighting overall
  I was disappointed.

“The inside of the hotel was nice, the parking lot was dark, there was no security and I was very uncomfortable when
I see signs posted saying hotel not responsible for vehicles in parking lot.”

• Free self parking.
• AC didn't feel quite cool enough, but it was fine.

“Room was nice. Thought the table with wheels is a great idea - could move it as needed. Restroom was clean, room was clean. staff gave us a 1:00 pm check out, which we really appreciated. We had a great stay.”

• Central location, clean, nice facilities.
• Hard to get in and out of parking lot during traffic time.

“Exceeded my expectations, price was fantastic. Room was very clean, nice bathroom, lots of pillows. Plenty of in room entertainment options. Having a Red Robin connected to the lobby was great to have; the store was good with good hours. Big parking lot. Congested at street during traffic time but it is LA. Near everything, right off the freeway. Would not hesitate to use again.”

• The beds were one of the most comfortable I've slept in, in a hotel.
• Skimpy on the breakfast.

“Very nice, the beds were excellent and very comfortable and the room was very clean. The bathroom door was too big and when opened was a hindrance inside the small room with more that one person. The area was nice and the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly.”

• The room was beautiful, the staff wonderful with our request for extra towels.
• The restaurant's buffet left something to be desired, especially due to the price.

“The hotel was wonderful. We arrived after a day of painting and enjoyed relaxing in the Jacuzzi. The foyer of the hotel, with the fireplace lit and comfortable chairs was so inviting. I was very surprised at all the wonderful amenities offered as it was rated only 2.5.”

“Room was modern, clean and attractive. Numerous pillows of varying firmness were available in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant was connected to the hotel and reasonably priced.”

• Spacious room, comfy beds, great flat screen TV.
• Charged for coffee in the morning, nobody does that! Room had a musty smell at the door.

“Overall the hotel was great, clean (except a musty smell coming from the bathroom vent), friendly staff, and spacious rooms. We left the bathroom fan on constantly to eliminate the musty smell.”

• The rooms were the best part of the stay.
• The outside was not appealing.

“I was very surprised that the rooms were so nice/they were 3 star qualities/ the outside is much older and is ready for renovation/ the restaurant was Red Robin and was excellent. The staff was friendly and made sure we had everything we asked for.”

• Chlorine in water for bad taste. No recliner in room.

“This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The toilet was stained with feces, and I could not sleep because every time the elevator ran it woke me up. Very upset.”

“The hotel was nice and attractive, needs to be updated from the outside. View is industrial and staffing was inadequate as well as lacking in friendliness and courtesy as well as willingness to provide service. Security seemed more involved in comfort and service than the service personnel.”
