• It was very clean.
• Full-size beds, not queens. Very uncomfortable for 2 people.

“Imagine my surprise when entering the room, as 2 people of decent size/weight, to find 2 full size beds as opposed to 2 queens. I asked the front desk to put us in a king, I was very disappointed and uncomfortable.”

• Great room service, maid service, friendly front desk.
• I expected a little more from the "refurbished" description.

“Finally, a hotel where the air conditioner works on the top floor when it's hot outside! Polite and helpful front desk people. Punctual wake up calls. Delicious food through room service and prompt delivery. Didn't use the dining room.) Maid service goes above and beyond. (They practically re-packed all the clothes I left out.) I hope the management here appreciates the staff. They folks are working for you. I have zero complaints about this hotel and I'm staying here again.”

• Very clean and great location.
• No complimentary breakfast offered.

“Excellent hotel for the price. My husband and I along with our 3 children enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and was a good size for our family. The only thing we didn't' like was it didn't offer free complimentary breakfast, which most hotels do.”

• Quiet, nice staff, clean room.
• A little bit too far away from Disneyland.

“We liked it, the staff was nice. Wish I could have stayed a little longer. We were only there about 4 or 5 hours then we had to catch a really early flight.”

• Courteous staff, enjoyed dining facilities, heated clean pool.
• Repeated failure of the 2nd of two keys to open doors, new keys issued four times.

“Very pleased with our stay, the staff was very accommodating in making changes to our accommodations. Easy access to and from hotel to surrounding area.”

• Very Clean.
• Did not have microwave, phone didn't work upon arrival, no fan in bathroom.

“In short: if you are just sleeping there it is ok. Some things were a hassle-like the bathroom door wouldn't stay open, kind of cramped quarters but all in all-a good deal for the money.”
